I just left from my appointment and it went amazing! From scheduling my appointment over the phone to the great customer service throughout my appointment. Justin, Eliza and Dr. Cook are beyond phenomenal! Definitely recommend coming here! *I do recommend coming 10 minutes earlier to fill out paperwork.

Everybody there was professional except Izzie. Alonna (don't know how to spell name correctly) she was amazing! Very friendly, professional , helpful & so sweet! Doctor Cook amazing per usual! Man that works there as well! The only issue is Izzie. I just left from my appointment. Alonna asked for help & Izzie was yelling at her. Anybody in there could hear her from the room they were in. Just rude & disrespectful overall. This is unprofessional & patients or Alonna shouldn't have to put up with that. I don't know how many complaints, it is going to take for her to be rid of but it needs to happen ASAP.

Dr. Cook is always so happy and in a great mood, we have been coming to him for year for our test including our whole family. His team Elijiah and Elyzah are always so great at taking patients in and making appointments.

I had the best experience getting my eyes checked. I have worn glasses since the 2nd grade, and this is the first time I have left the eye doctor knowing that I will be able to see better. Love the doctor and the staff. I HIGHLY recommend to anyone who wants to see better.
