Kudos to the staff! They are so friendly from the dr and the service staff! Did an outstanding job from beginning to end! This is the second time we have visited for our family eye checkups! They have customer service second to none. I appreciate great service like this and definitely recommend them if you need to get a check up on your eyes and/ or purchase Of eyeglasses!

Friendly but rushed appointment- felt like maybe they didn't have much patience to start with. On the glasses side it was great. Friendly and attentive. I can't remember his name but the guy who helped me was very helpful and even came to get me outside when my glasses were done.

I love love love this place. Giovanni was nothing short of Amazing from the appt to setting us up with the GM Sara to get us taken care of. I came in twice today 2 separate appts for my daughter as well as for myself. Both times were easy peasy, in & out. Unfortunately, i was unable to remember the gentleman's name who helped my daughter....whose service was spectacular as well. They do accept walk-ins. However setting an appt will assure the fastest service possible. Now to discuss Dr Kimberly Chou, she was AMAZING. Actually gave me a prescription that i had been needing for yrs it seems like. I've gone to a couple in my past and something has always been wrong. Nope, not these...my prescription is Great. Thank you thank you...Lubbock Vision Center!

Nice front staff, clean and tidy environment!! Very Quick & friendly Service being that my appointment was made the same day! They did an awesome Job!!

Made an appointment 4 days in advance because they weren't accepting walk-ins. My appointment was at 10:30 and 4 walk-ins have gone in front of me. I wasn't seen till after 12 o'clock.
