I had a great experience with Jessi Valdez at Mr. Eye Doctor. She was incredibly patient with me, especially since I tend to change my mind a lot when choosing frames. She made the entire process easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated because I only have limited time whenever I come to Lubbock. Jessi went above and beyond by arranging to have my glasses mailed to me in San Antonio, and she even called afterward to make sure everything arrived safely and that I was happy with them. That level of customer service really stood out. This is the second pair of glasses I've purchased from them, and both experiences have been excellent. I've also referred family members who have worked with Jessi as well, and they've had great experiences too. I highly recommend asking for Jessi if you visit Mr. Eye Doctor!

I always have a great visit the staff is always nice and attentive. They get me in and out in a timely manner and offer great suggestions for my vision needs. Dr. Vaughn was the absolute Best! Greg was so amazing as well he assisted me with the glasses I wanted and explained everything so well. I would definitely recommend this place for your vision needs.

Greg Garcia did amazing with helping me pick out my frames! Front desk was so sweet, Dr Camacho I saw was amazing. I brought my little girl with me as young as she is they were all so patient & sweet with both of us. I highly recommend this place. Very professional and friendly establishment!

Dr Vaughn does a great job with my son and answers all my questions. Greg was there to help get us glasses fast! My son knows what he wants so that helps. The staff is always so friendly and works well with my kid. I will say that the selection of kids and men's glasses is small compared to other vision places. But we usually find what we need or make it work. I wish it was a faster turn around especially when a kid breaks glasses and needs another pair to wear to school but again we have found a way to make it work.

This was my first visit today at MyEyeDr - Somoma Plaza- and it was a great experience. Dr. Camacho was thorough, knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable during my exam. Greg was amazing--he helped me pick out my glasses and made the checkout process quick and easy while explaining everything clearly. The whole visit felt welcoming and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for great eye care.

Dr Jamel Vaughn is wonderful. He is very professional and explains his findings in a easy manner that is easily understood. Greg and Kat are very helpful in helping you find eyewear and order contact prescription. Great experience!

The whole experience was amazing. From selecting my glasses, to getting them fitted and being checked out. Very professional employees and very affordable prices!

Loved this place!!!! Dr. Vaughn made my eyeballs see again! YAY! Greg was so awesome. He was so helpful and found the perfect pair of glasses for me. I think the first girl's name was Marissa, and she was great too! Will forever be a myeyedr patient.
