Emily is wonderful, what a great experience. She is very down to earth and genuine. She spent so much time with me picking out frames for everyday glasses and prescription sunglasses, too. I was seen at Target Optical 03/2025, the optometrist is virtual , which I was not made aware prior to the exam. The office had technical difficulties and the virtual optometrist was not aware I had an appointment that day, even though I made the appointment 4 weeks in advance. After trying to wear the prescription glasses and contacts since March, I feel I got a prescription that is not correct for me. I live 2 hours away, I did try to be seen again but I was never able to get a visit that would work for both schedules. I hate I paid all this money for multi focal daily contacts, progressive lenses, and frames for none of them to be accurate. I have worn them daily, as they instructed me that I will need time to adjust but I feel when I wear either of them my vision is somehow worse. I just do not recommend.

I had a really great experience at the Optical Center in Target recently. I needed a quick fix for my glasses -- just a small screw -- and wasn't sure how long it would take or if I'd need an appointment. I called ahead, and Savannah answered the phone. She was extremely helpful, friendly, and happy to assist right away.
When I arrived, she recognized our situation and jumped right in to help. She got the screw in quickly and efficiently, all with a great attitude and warm conversation. We even chatted for a bit, which made the visit feel even more pleasant and personal.
