Dr. Fuller is beyond amazing. His knowledge and confidence put us at ease during a stressful time. He explains everything fully and really takes the time to make sure you understand. All of the staff is kind and attentive, and went above and beyond to help us when we had a serious situation.

This was my third time taking my mom to Texas Retina Associates to see Dr. Christopher Fuller. Every time we've been there we've always had to wait over our assigned appointment time. First time we were there we had a 9:15am appointment we had x-rays taken which took 10min. Then we sat in the waiting room for four hours. I went up to the receptionist to ask why the long delay. I was told that they were waiting on a room to be opened. We didn't leave there until 2pm. Today 10/22/25 we had a 1:15pm follow up appointment with Dr. Fuller. Once again we had x-ray taken. After waiting two hours in the waiting room I went up to the receptionist. I asked what was the delay? She said that they were two other patients ahead of us. I told her that we had a 1:15 pm appointment it was already 3pm. She said that Dr. Fuller was working alone and he was very busy. She asked if I wanted to speak to her manager. I said yes. Well she came forward and said that it was a busy day and Dr Fuller was working alone. I told her we had a 1:15pm appointments. Then she got hostile with me and said that she is not going to argue with me. I told her that I wasn't arguing I was just stating a concern. She ignored my question and told me that they are an emergency room and it's their policy that there is a 2 to 3 hour wait. I asked her where was that posted? She declined to answer my question.

I love this place and these people. The staff is supportive, knowledgeable, kind, considerate, and professional. dr. Fuller is an excellent physician, caring, compassionate and considerate, as well as exceptionally bright and knowledgeable and will take time to listen and share, answering questions and explaining procedures, Dx, and and in a manner that is understandable and basic language.

I was impressed the friendliness of the receptionist, staff, and Dr Fuller. They were all professional and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend.

Takes very good care of patients. While some may think waiting time is long. They work very efficiently and get you in and out while addressing everything you need.

Fabulous experience and expertise from all staff. So Much knowledge shared from Dr. Fuller on eye issues with proven solutions he will be performing later! Can't say enough great things about this visit!!!

Dr. Shami is a good doctor to take care of you. But the waiting is the reason why this a 2 star review. You'll have an appointment at 10 am, the staff will see you in about an hour for tests and images, you'll be waiting again for 2-3 hours in the waiting room for a short 2-3min. conversation with the doctor about the results and treatment plans. You'll typically spend 3-5 hrs in this place. Parking lot and the waiting room is packed because of the people still waiting on their turn since 8am. Front desk people can be welcoming sometimes. They shouldn't be scheduling patients like this if they can't process things in a timely manner.

I thought the staff was great. Dr. Fuller was respectful of my time as well as theirs. He was informative and on task, but also attentive to my questions and I did not feel rushed. Highly recommended.
