One employee said I hadn't purchased the one year scratch warranty on one of two pairs of Eyewear when I knew I had.. I had paid around $800 dollars for both pairs how, why would I only purchase warranty on just one pair!!! Waited for a couple of weeks, went back and had another employee look into it and within minutes she found that I had purchased warranty on both.. it all worked out at the end but I was stressed out!!
