I had a wonderful experience here. Anytime I go here, the customer service is excellent and friendly. I also receive my glasses and contacts in a timely manner. I never have had a problem. The only negative thing in my opinion, is the variety of glasses. However, I think that's more on me personally for being so indecisive because they do have some really nice frames.

I was taken care of exceptionally well. Melinda was very familiar with the process of having my prescription faxed over from the optometrist, activating my card, and helping me select frames. She was clear on everything. Kathie helped out wonderfully. The entire process was over in perhaps 10-15 minutes. I was overly impressed. I will only come here from now on for glasses. The employees (Melinda and Kathie) made me feel right at home. It is affordable as well. Get your glasses here, you will not be disappointed.
