I had the most amazing experience at Americas Best on FM2978 in Magnolia! Annabella is the absolute BEST at identifying frames that fit your face and personality. She was patient and kind. You know, old fashion customer service! And thanks to Joseph too for assisting with the process. I'll definitely be back!!

Such a great experience from start to finish! Joe the manager is incredible. He's kind, attentive, and truly cares about his customers. You can tell he takes pride in making sure everything runs perfectly. So thankful for his help!

Terrible experience. They Lost my glasses, lady who answered the phone kept interrupting me when I was trying to speak. Was incredibly rude. Tried to have the problem fixed, the manager said he would call back. Never did. So I had to use my warranty to replace glasses that an americas best worker broke in the 1st place. Never going to this location again.

I came to this location for my first eye exam and I was a bit nervous but the staff was very friendly and helpful with helping me pick frames and my exam was very quick and easy. Erika helped me finalize my choice of frames and was very nice and helpful as well with a great personality! This location has amazing staff members! Thank you !

Do not buy glass here, very poor quality and they are not doing any efforts to keep a customer. After 5 months of usage this brand called "Pair" crack, very poor quality and plastic made! Progressive lens that cost me a lot now goes to trash as well!!!! Never comeback here!

I wanted to take a moment to highlight some of the incredible staff who made my visit smooth and enjoyable. First off, Wren was so patient and helpful while checking me in--even when I didn't have the correct insurance number on hand. She stayed calm, kind, and made sure everything got sorted out. Jada was one of the first people I interacted with during the vision screening process. She was super sweet, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. A great first impression for sure! Abigayle, one of the sales associates, was quick and efficient. And a huge shoutout to Joseph, the GM. Not only did he assist me personally, but I also noticed how attentive he was to his entire team. He was everywhere he needed to be, jumping in to help without hesitation. It's clear he leads by example and creates a supportive environment for both staff and customers.

I and my wife came in here 2 weeks ago to get a new prescription for glasses. She saw a dr and all that was fine. When we went to checkout an associate by the name of Annabelle checked us out, she had no idea what she was doing no customer service skills or training, even a smile would've been nice. All she did is say swipe your card no information on what we were paying for or a breakdown of what we were paying for as one of her glasses were completely wrong prescription, it's pretty sad when we came in to return 1 pair of glasses that were wrong, the manager Joseph knew who we were talking about and could look at our paperwork and the glasses and confirm they were not correct, he scheduled us another appointment to verify the prescription was correct at a later date. Then my wife was called later that same day that her second pair was in, that we were not aware of. This is something that can't say I'm sorry for, this is people's vision you're messing with. Then today 10/24 we come in to return a pair of glasses that were incorrect, but was just offered a refund instead of fixing issue. We did not get option to make it right. The 2fer is more of a gimmick to get you into door. We will be taking our business elsewhere. This is very disappointing.

The entire team at Americas Best were fantastic. From the friendly greeting by the team to the thorough exam with Doctor; everything was seamless. The exam was in-depth, and the doctor took the time to explain my new prescription and answer all my questions. I never felt rushed. They are highly recommended!"
