This was the best experience I've ever had for an eye appointment. Clemencia was so kind throughout the entire appointment and made sure to explain everything from what initial exams they were doing to what insurance covers. Dr. Lam was efficient during the exam and had me in and out quickly with a new set of contacts. The building is modern and everything feels new inside. I chose this place as they got me in last minute and I look forward to using Magnolia Vision Center going forward.

Vivian, the young lady in front is very welcoming friendly and professional employee at magnolia vision center. She had a warm smile on her face from the time we walked in and out that office. She made our first visit a memorable and well welcome visit. The other lady and forgive me I'm not good with names that helped Vivian was very friendly professional and helpful too. She helped me pick out my glasses. Dr. Lam was great. He was friendly professional attentive informative and caring. We appreciate him explaining everything in details as well as answering all our questions and addressing our concerns. The office at Magnolia Vision Center East on 1488 was warming. My wife and I can't say enough good things about Clemencia, Charlie, and Kennedy. They are so helpful with making sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but it doesn't stop there, I broke the frame on my old glasses and Clemencia said 'I can fix that,' my favorite frames I might add, and sure enough good as new. They are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly every time we go in. Dr. Lam is great always makes sure every question is answered and always in a great mood. It's a great place to go for all of your optical needs.

We chose Magnolia Vision Center from the list provided by our insurance carrier. It was near our home, but more importantly, we could schedule an appointment online.
Their online tools need some up-to-date refinement to make them much more user friendly, but what ever their online presence lacks in friendliness, the assistant and doctor make up for it.
Throughout the appointment, everyone smiled, was extremely friendly, and never pressured us to buy frames or contacts from them (we're pretty loyal Warby Parker customers).
I don't often "highly recommend" a business, but I do in this case!
