This is Paula M. Ogden. I was a new patient, as of 01/05/26, and I would like to compliment both Dr. M. Poole, and the Staff. What an efficient, professional & welcoming place! I met Christina, Melissa, & Miriam, and have spoken on the telephone with Esme. Each of these ladies were professional without being stuffy, & also knowledgeable, thorough, and a pleasure to meet & work with. Dr. Poole was also easy to talk with, and presented information I needed to hear, simply & concisely. The atmosphere in the clinic is relaxed but well organized and the staff work like a very well-oiled team. I will be proud to brag about Poole Eye to my friends & family! Thank you all.

Dr. Mohan Poole and staff are always professional, courteous, accommodating, and on time for their scheduled appointments. Any issues are well explained as are appropriate paths for resolution. All patient concerns are also addressed in a caring and pragmatic manner. I highly recommend Poole Eye Associates!

Dr. Poole is an excellent optometrist. He is thorough, attentive, and takes the time to clearly explain every aspect of the exam and my eye health. I learned more during one appointment with him than I ever have before. I highly recommend his practice.

Poole Eye Associates always takes exceptional care of me. I purchased new glasses last July and have been in several times for adjustments. I went in last Thursday and shared with Heather that the glasses were just not wearable for me. Heather with no hesitation said lets rectify that and get you a new pair of glasses that will work. I was able to find a new frame that was in the same price range and new glasses are being prepared at no cost to me. I am so impressed that Poole Eye Associates has great customer service and puts their customers care first. Thank You, Heather for taking great care of me.

Everyone at Poole Eye Associates are so friendly and gracious to me. The wait time for seeing the technician and the doctor is very quick and efficient which is very much appreciated. So blessed to have Brianna Poole looking after my eyes. Thank you so much!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this office, the staff, and the Drs. Poole. They are kind, welcoming, and professional without being stuffy. My experience at Poole Eye Associates is always excellent. The staff are friendly and efficient (with the exception of one blonde female; she's not friendly). Elizabeth, the technician, is sweet and professional. Dr. Bri is patient, caring, and attentive. She's the best! Cristal, is hands-down a rock star optician. I highly recommend this practice.
