In my 40+ years of going to the eye doctor, I have never walked out feeling the way I did after my appointment. Dr. Juarez was so helpful and I could tell he listened and heard what I was saying. My sight is better than it has been in years. The whole office staff was so friendly from the moment I walked in until I left. The cost was more than I am used to, but when you get service like that it is worth it! I highly recommend!

I was asked to come in 30 minutes earlier for my new patient exam. I showed up 30 minutes earlier and had to sit and wait 30 minutes before they called me back Once I was in the back I expressed that I only wanted to do an insurance cover and they said photos would be taken that would not be covered by an insurance and that the doctor would not see me without the photos, I thought this should have been explained to me before my appointment.
