Setting up an appointment was difficult, called in and lady was frustrated and placed me on hold. 10 minutes later I got tired of waiting and called again, I hear someone walk in and she puts me on hold. I know I should have gone somewhere else. I drive to the store and ask to make appointments for me my son. She had a smirk on her face knowing she had talked to me already. She gets a call and proceeds to book 3 appointments ahead of me. I do get a same day appointment but my son's appointment was Saturday. I missed all the earlier ones she had offered me on the phone cause she gave them all out while I was standing right in front of her waiting for her to get off the phone. I told her I came in to make things easier for you and you hide behind the phone. I'm not trying to make things harder for you, just trying to understand which is the fastest way to secure an appointment. There was an issue with the insurance information and couldn't find me instead of let me call the insurance company and help you get set up I was asked to step aside so she could help other customers. Other places I've been they help get you setup. I get the information from my insurance company. Bad first experience, Bad customer service experience. Eye exam with Mr Gutierrez was good only reason I gave it two stars. Thinking that maybe they had an off day show up this Saturday to my sons appointment apparently it's a thing here, the "eye pro exam" lady had an attitude when she could of just rephrased a question for us to understand what she was asking. The check in lady was just hurdling cattle to the back of the store, what if I have a question on the questionnaire I had to fill out cause I didn't fill one out when I did it. Obvious they don't follow protocol I didn't get tablet and my son did. Very rudely saying I need this counter clear to assist incoming clients, no one was behind me. I replied I will gladly move if a new client comes in. It's like people here have an attitude problem. The selection of glasses aren't that great, if you on a budget and don't mind the bad customer service might be for you. Unfortunately my insurance company is in network with this poor performing company. Would definitely recommend to save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
worst place to help after being a customer for 5 years. they couldn't help me with a simple discount.
i was going on a trip and needed to drive far, and i didn't have the money for brand new glasses. i went in just to see how much it would cost to replace my frames and swap my existing lenses into new ones. they actually had my frame in stock, the last one, since my frames are about a year and a half old.
they told me it would be $90, so i politely asked if there was any chance of a discount since they were the last frames, i've been a loyal customer for years, and i've never asked for a discount before.
instead of helping or even explaining anything, they just looked at me confused and gave me no peace of mind at all. i wasn't asking for anything crazy, even a small employee-type discount would've been fine.
i only wanted the discount because after my trip (which was only 3 days) i planned on coming back for a full exam and buying two brand new frames since it's been over 12 months. they couldn't help me in the slightest.
after years of going there, they showed zero appreciation, so i'm taking my business somewhere else.
The sign literally says they start opening on Sundays starting today February 15th and at 2:48pm the door is locked but the lights are all on and no one is answering the phones. My husband broke his glasses and we need to get them repaired.
Friendly staff but overall disappointed with pricing of the contacts. Giving a price decided to go with the daily lenses base on the price I was told but when finalizing the prescription and ordering the lenses it was going to be 3x the amount of what I was told. The floor staff and Doctor should be on the same page. Now paying a little less for 1.5 months than what I thought 6 months would cost. Only good thing was the deal on the membership annual exam. Otherwise I'm not happy.
Veronica and staff were very accommodating and had great customer service. Would definitely recommend. Also join the eye care club very much worth it.
When I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles. The doctor took the time to understand my needs and explained my prescription clearly. There was a wide variety of frames. The eye exam was quick, and my new glasses were ready in a few weeks. Standard frames were affordable, but brand frames were a bit pricy. Overall, I highly recommend it!"
My glasses did not fulfill my vision needs. I ordered progressive lenses, however I have a hard time to read. The reading area was very small. I ordered the wide option to read computers monitor at work, but I can't. The only reason I'm not putting 1 star is because the staff did their best to try to find a solution, and it was very attentive, but I made a wrong choice getting my glasses in this place.
I highly recommend this place! The staff, specially Tony Rivera helped me so much and provided me with the necessary assistance to get new glasses, eye exams, and contact lenses. It was my first time trying contact lenses and I was provided with the right care, and attention to made sure I successfully complete my trial with the contact lenses. Thank you to the staff, and doctors for a truly nice, and supportive experience, all for an affordable price.
