Dr Gaddis and the office team are the best in the eyecare business! I've been a patient for over 5 years and I travel over an hour for my eyecare appointments. The doctor and office staff are friendly, professional and attentive to your eyecare needs. Dr. Gaddis will remain my eyecare doctor for as long as she's in business! I appreciate her and I am very grateful for the eyecare services she provides!

I had my first consultation at Blink Eye Care in McKinney about two years ago, and every time I return I feel truly welcomed. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The eye exam is always a pleasant experience, and I love the excellent quality of their lenses and frames. Recently, I accidentally dropped my glasses and scratched the lenses. I was so upset because I always take very good care of them. When I went back to Blink to request a lens replacement, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They handled everything with such care that it made the situation much easier. I am extremely happy with the amazing service provided by Blink Eye Care. I'll be returning next year for my annual visit, and I will continue recommending this place to everyone.

I needed a same-day appointment and called in--they were able to schedule me right away, which I really appreciated. The team was excellent and very professional. They even checked over the phone to confirm that my insurance was in-network, which saved time and hassle. They also sent a vision interview form through email, so be sure to fill it out in advance--it helps save time during the visit. The equipment used for the eye check-up and eye X-ray was super advanced. Dr. Andrew Kryder was amazing--very professional, patient, and explained everything in detail. I really appreciated his care and the overall experience. Highly recommend Blink Eyecare!

Your staff is awesome, high tech processes were so seamless and easy, everything in your office is beautiful and impressive... Just WOW! So glad I found Blink! I was very pleased with the service and experience I had with Blink Eyecare. Especially with how patient and consistent Coral was with helping me get my glasses ordered.

I placed countless calls to optometrists listed on the Tricare website and had no luck finding a good one. Either I was being told that they actually do not accept my insurance or they had horrible reviews online. I gave up and was going to pay full price for an eyeglass and contact prescription but I am glad I checked the Tricare website again. I immediately called Blink Eyecare as soon as I saw the 4.9 Google review. They confirmed that they took Tricare and were able to schedule me immediately for my eye exam. It is very easy to find and everyone was very nice, professional and helpful. Dr. Kryder was very thorough and friendly! It is beautiful inside, very modern and updated and they have a snack/coffee bar! They also are not pushy about purchasing eye glasses from them which was a huge bonus. They will allow/encourage you to browse around and try on whatever is on display. Something else is that their 5 star reviews are legit. I have been to so many places where they bribe customers for a 5 star reviews. Not them. They deserve my 5 star review!

Beautiful establishment with a plethora of brand frames to choose from. I wanted to give Blink eyecare a try due to their extensive selection of eyewear available in store and found exactly what I was looking for! I did not use the in house optometrist since I already had a prescription in hand. Staff were extremely nice, professional and helpful. I specifically want to give a huge kudos to my wonderful Optician Amy Molina for being so helpful and patient especially during the fitting and adjustment process after receiving my glasses! Her character and professionalism definitely only adds to what is already a great establishment. The process of choosing my frame and lenses was very efficient and stress free and the cost was thoroughly laid out and explained. I look forward to visiting Blink again and this time will be making an appointment for all my future eye exams and eyewear needs. Highly recommended!

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Kryder since 2020 and it has always been a great experience. This past week, we took our 3 young children for the first time, and Dr. Kryder truly went above and beyond. In December, my 4 year old nephew was diagnosed with retinoblastoma eye cancer and had to have his eye removed. Dr. Kryder spent so much extra time with us and our children, and even performed free detailed imaging on our children to put our minds at ease to assure us that our children's eye's were perfectly healthy. Truly a great doctor who cares about his patients. They have an amazing coffee bar that grinds the beans right in front of you, and they also have snacks our, which the kids loved!! Their new office in Adriatica is beautiful, just be careful where you park, the parking lot that looks like where you should park just north of their building has about 20 signs saying Blink Eyecare guests are not welcome to park there! There's even a nice beautiful entrance to Blink right by that parking lot that noone can use since the customers are banned from that parking lot! There's only 3 dedicated Blink parking spots on the southeast side of the building. Not Blink's fault, but something to be aware of if you are new!
