I've been a patient of Dr. Conner for over four years, and I continue to return even after moving a considerable distance away--and that alone says a lot. Dr. Conner has a refreshingly straightforward and conservative approach to care. She takes the time to explain findings clearly, never over-treats, and never tries to upsell or push unnecessary products or procedures. That level of integrity is rare and deeply appreciated. What truly sets her apart is trust. I always feel confident that her recommendations are based solely on what is clinically appropriate and in my best interest. Appointments are efficient yet thorough, and the overall experience is consistently professional and comfortable. Dr. Conner is amazing! I always appreciate how she listens so that she is as thorough as possible. As a functional health practitioner myself, but also as her patient, I see tremendous value in her approach. I love that she doesn't just do a quick eye exam and write a prescription for new lenses, but takes a more holistic approach to eye health, considering and addressing root causes, offering practical remedies, while also correcting vision with precision! We need both, and she offers that in the most personable, friendliest way! I'm so thankful for her! She's a rare gem in McKinney!

I love Dr. Conner, and I don't say that lightly. I have been wearing glasses since I was a kid, and contacts since I was in high school. So I kind of know what I like. This is my 3rd year going to Dr. Conner, and I have recommended her to family and friends. She is not pushy with new or different products. She is kind, informative, and personable. She also has this amazing camera that takes a picture of your entire eyeball, so she rarely has to dilate eyes, she told me. When my mother in law went to her, she could see the cataracts on her eyes with this machine. I will never go to another eye doctor while I live in this area.

I cannot recommend Dr. Connor's Eyecare enough! She is truly the sweetest, most caring vision doctor I have ever met. Every single year when I come in for my exam, she greets me with the same warmth, kindness, and gentle approach that makes you feel completely at ease. Getting a new prescription for glasses is usually something that feels routine, but with Dr. Connor it feels personal--she takes her time, explains everything clearly, and makes sure I leave knowing that my vision is in the best hands possible. The office itself is also such a reflection of the care they provide. It's clean, inviting, and honestly very cute--it feels comfortable from the moment you walk in. The staff is equally wonderful, especially Taylor at the front desk. Taylor is always so welcoming, helpful, and professional--she really sets the tone for the great experience you'll have here. From scheduling to answering questions, she makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. If you are looking for an eye doctor, please make Dr. Connor your first stop. She goes above and beyond for her patients, year after year, and it shows in the quality of care she provides. I am so grateful to have found her, and I know others will feel the same once they experience her practice.

Went for an eye exam with Trisha Conner more than a month or so ago. She is very unfriendly, it took her about 20 minutes and the exam was done. They don't dilate the eyes, which I was told so how does a patient know what to expect for the eye exam. Her tone was kind of rude,I have moved from another state and mentioned that my previous eye doctor told me that the cataract is there but it might take longer to remove it depending how long it takes. She immediately said that it is not true and the previous doctor is incorrect. First time going was not a good experience and would not go back to these type of doctors again. I got another prescription for new glasses and nothing has changed from the previous one I had a year ago, the developing cataract had no change but she insisted that it is possible it would have to be removed within the next six months but by NOT dilating how did she know very strange method of doing eye exams ... don't know if I would want to go back to this one again....
