I've gotten my eye exams and glasses here a few times over the years now, and it's one of the best experiences I've had with both. The receptionists are friendly, the exams are quick, and the techs and doctors are very efficient and thorough. Loni helped me each time when picking out my frames, and she is a delightful person.

Very courteous and professional staff that serve with a smile. Allison and Beverly helped in getting my eye exam done smoothly and place my order for my new glasses without any hassles. Dr Asher was very knowledgeable and experienced and went out of the way to explain how I could maintain. Better eye health. Will be coming by ack to them for my next eye checkups as well

Worst experience ever with the eye doctor, Mr. Wong, and the front desk staff. I took my 9-year-old son for an eye exam at this center, and the experience was extremely disappointing. My child has had high astigmatism since birth, and his cylindrical power has remained stable for years. Despite this well-documented history, the doctor suddenly changed his cylindrical prescription. When I questioned this change and tried to understand the reasoning behind it, both the doctor and the front desk were dismissive and rude. The only response I received was, "This is what it is." No explanation, no reassurance, and absolutely no concern for a child's eye health. What was even more shocking was that they casually said they could just give the old prescription back if I wanted, as if my child's vision and eye care didn't matter at all. That level of carelessness and lack of professionalism is unacceptable--especially when dealing with a young child.

I was very sad to hear that Dr Sher had passed away and was apprehensive about a new doctor. The staff was very kind and supportive of Dr. Hung. My eye exam went very smoothly. He addressed all my concerns. I will go back next year.

This place is amazing especially Loni she helped me I was in and out she did an amazing job nothing but the upmost respect for all these ladies and the amazing doctor!! They deserve a raise for sure. I most definitely will be back

I've been a patient of Dr. Sher's since I was in 6th grade... so going on 20+ years now! I honestly can't imagine going anywhere else. He's the only eye doctor I've ever seen, and the care has always been incredible. It's not just the expert care (though that's definitely there), but it's the family feel you get the moment you walk in. When I unexpectedly got shingles in my eye back in November 2020, Dr. Sher looked over everything and made sure I was taken care of. That meant so much to me. And Loni is the BEST when it comes to picking out glasses. She always finds the perfect pair and brings so much warmth and joy to the whole experience. Just truly great people and a place we love and trust.
