Dr. Gupta and staff are A#1 in my book. Everytime I walk in the door, the staff is so friendly and very attentiive. In my 63 years, Dr. Gupta is the best eye doctor I have ever been to. She has a high level of bedside manners, she makes me feel like I am her most important patient. She was very thorough in explaining her findings, she gave me options and advice to help me decide the best course of action for me. She is a very experienced and amazing, surgeon. She performed separate cataract surgeries and implanted lenses in both my eyes. Healing going great with tweaking of perceptions next on the agenda, super excited about that. I will definitely continue to use Dr. Gupta as my eye doctor, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an awesome eye doctor.

From the moment you walk in the door at Horizon Eye Center, you are greeted with a positive and helpful attitude. Every staff member has your best interest at heart. They are there to make sure that your eyes are being examined by Individuals trained in the use of the state of the art equipment and who can give Dr. Gupta the information she needs to provide you with the best possible care. Dr. Gupta does her examination, explains the results, and provides you with options to correct any issues. I always look forward to my next appointment while at the same time, knowing that if any issues arrive until then, Horizon Eye Center is just a phone call away.

Staff was extremly attentive and patient. Dr Gupta and staff helped me overcome my anxiety of eye treatment and exams procedures. They took their time explaining the exams, procedures, and my course of actions. I am very pleased with my eye care.

Newcomer to McKinney in urgent need of eye care. Sara very kindly worked me in and Dr. Gupta saw me the next day. Loved Dr. Gupta and her thoroughness in examination. Every aspect of clinic wonderful, and so relieved to have found our permanent opthalmologist!

1 star only for staff. I didn't like Doctor's attitude at all. She didn't had enough time to discuss my concerns. Her assistant did all the tests and she just came and told me what she found, that's it. Caring for the patient attitude was NOT there at all. She charged me co pay of 80$ and now sending me another bill of $ 200+. If she would have mentioned these charges in advance, I wouldn't have visited them.

I had a piece of sand in my eye that 2 previous doctors could not remove. I showed up without an appt and she got me right in, was able to remove the sand using a needle, and I am feeling much better 2 days later. Dr. Gupta was great and has a steady hand.

Dr. Gupta is nice. Attentive to my concern and detailed in her findings. And most of all the staff are warm and friendly they let you feel special.

This was a terrible experience. They only care about getting a $200 dilation fee. Their whole business model is based on forcing these unnecessary eye drops on everyone that walks in the door. She wouldn't accept the results from my other doctor. She knew what prescription I needed, but she wouldn't prescribe it unless I paid her ransom. She just told me to get lost. Now I have to wait for an appointment with another doctor while my eye gets worse.
