LOVE LOVE LOVE this practice. Every time I go here I always have such an easy and stress free experience from start to finish. I'm always greeted warmly by Tori and Kaaren up from and checked in and out with ease. Then Jessica took me back and she is amazing making the process so smooth and easy and is very fun to talk to. Dr. Alborz is the best she is so informative and makes you feel very comfortable in the room and lets you take your time to make sure that everything is done correctly. Then upon leaving Tori lets you know all possible charges so you're aware of what is to come. This office does it right and the staff is excellent and so fun. I highly reccomend checking them out!

I moved from Plano to McKinney 3 years ago and have been gradually finding new Dr.'s, Dentists and other services closer to us. I read the reviews for McKinney Family Eyecare and I can tell you from experience that this office is everything and more as it relates to a positive experience. From the receptionists at the front desk to the young ladies who performed the initial eye tests to Dr. Alborz - all were very professional, knowledgeable, respectful and kind. I love the fact that they provided education throughout my visit! I learned so much! In addition, the waiting area and entire office is beautiful! I will highly recommend this wonderful business to family and friends.

Shelly is one of the best in industry. She came highly recommended and it is real pleasure to work with Shelly. I would recommend that management give her a raise/ bonus for the excellent work that she does. Another thing to note, if she had a card scanner then one can make payments thru her also. As the person collecting payments has a very bad attitude. Last time I was at your premises. Torry was on break and I had to wait long time just so she could swipe my credit card. On top of that she was abnoxious and very bad attitude. If management provides Shelly a card scanner then we would not have to deal with Tory.

I have been going here for quite a few years now and have always been satisfied with the prompt attention, polite staff and meticulous care from Dr. Patel. Shelly is the best when it comes to choosing frames. Highly recommend.

Dr. Patel is amazing! We took the whole family in, and she was able to do an extensive evaluation of our eye health and vision. After gathering this information she was able to educate us on what she was seeing, and her recommendations for our eye health. Everyone's vision is the best it's been in years!!! Thank you for caring enough to educate us on all things eye health and vision! The staff are kind, caring, and all around top notch! Amazing practice she's built!

Customer for 13 years. Never been late, never cancelled, thousands of dollars in family eye expenses. 13 minutes late for an appointment due to trouble getting kids from school. Refused service to one of my twins but still wanted to see the other who had an appointment right after. Refused to talk to me as the father and long time customer to even consider making an exception as a long time customer with no previous issues. Very rude front desk that refused to discuss the situation with me over the phone. Received call later from doctor after I had to leave a message who offered no apologies for front desk employee refusing to even speak with me about the situation. Despite the fact I was on speaker and heard the entire interaction where the front desk employee escalated, was aggressive and rude unnecessarily, doctor tried to gaslight me with the front desk employees lies to cover their over reaction and terrible service. Problem was that I heard the entire interaction. The right approach would have been to simply look at my patient record, acknowledge it wasn't handled well, explain why the lateness couldn't be accommodated, and simply apologize for refusing to communicate with a long time customer. Instead, she explained the front desk didn't know me but had they known I was reasonable and just wanted to have a conversation, they would have spoken with me. Just another number even with 13 year history at this practice. Never experienced anything like this at a business where I've had such a long history. Take your business elsewhere.
