I have never had a better eye doctor experience in thirty years of annual visits. I had come to dread these visits over the past few years. However this was before my family found Dr.Kaur. She is super knowledgeable, made excellent recommendations, provides fast service, extremely patient with questions, very polite, and so willing to explain everything!!

She genuinely wanted to make sure we had great customer service and a pleasant experience doing a mundane thing like picking out and ordering glasses. Came for my annual prescription update, Dr. Kaur was fantastic, but I do not plan to be back.
This is the first place I have come to that makes Retinal check MANDATORY, so if you don't want your pupils dilated (free option) you have to fork 49 USD for the imaging option that doesn't need pupils dilated.
In other places it is optional or you can sign a waiver to skip it, but here there is no such option (confirmed with front desk staff and the optometrist separately).
They gave me the option to waive the fee on the first visit but warned me the test is mandatory. So I would pay the second visit or have my pupils dilated.
Besides that, the location is old and cramped. The only highlight was our optometrist, but it is not enough to make us come back.

Scam Alert
I went there for regular exam covered as part of my annual screening under my insurance, however they tried to force me to do the retinal screening for extra charges. I asked them several times that I do not want to do that and only want what's covered as part of my insurance and they still continued to insist about the paid retinal screening and denied the service even for regular exam if I don't contents retinal screening
Horrible service and didn't disclose this earlier only told me after I waited there for 30 mins

I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had at an eye clinic. I went in for an exam, they charged my insurance and deductible, and gave me a prescription for glasses. I got the glasses made at Walmart Vision Center, but the prescription was completely wrong -- I couldn't see properly at all.
I went back to Master Eye Associates, and they did another exam and gave me a totally different prescription. Even the Walmart Vision manager was surprised by how different the two prescriptions were. She kindly called Master Eye to discuss the issue, and they agreed that if the second pair of glasses didn't work, they would cover the cost of a third pair.
Well, the second pair didn't work either. When I went back to speak with the manager, Renee Robinson, she told me there was nothing they could do. No refund, no replacement, no accountability -- even though both bad prescriptions came from their office and they had already used my insurance benefits.
Now I'm stuck with two pairs of useless glasses and no insurance coverage left for the year. This business took my money, wasted my time, and left me with no solution. I strongly recommend avoiding this place -- go somewhere that actually stands behind their work and takes responsibility for their mistakes.
