Dr. Khaja was great. She educated well and we made a plan to address my concerns. The testing seemed thorough and efficient.
I would rate a 5, but it is hard to do that after only one visit.
Also, it was a rough drive home after all the different eye drops, even with my sunglasses, and the sensitivity lasted a few hours.

For the many times that I have made visits to this office, I have always received the best care from the entire team. Staff always provive a warm welcome as soon as you enter the office and will get you started almost immediately cutting the wait time to a bear minimum. Everyone provides care with compassion and professionalism. Doctors Khaja and Dr Rafi are exceptional professionals. They will allow you the time to ask questions and be involved in your care which make me feel comfortable and very satisfied with the care received. I will absolutely recommend anyone with vision problems to visit the clinic.

Was just quoted a starting price of $452 for self pay because my wife has a seed pod from a bald cypress tree stuck in her eye. Mind you, that's kind of like a piece of quinoa. It was stuck on our dog's tail and somehow made it into her eye. I'm not opposed to doctors making a good living. But $452 as a starting point for something that'll take longer to fill out paperwork than the actual procedure? Come on man, that's just highway robbery.

I had a totally positive experience seeing Dr Hena today, she's very knowledgeable in her field . She's professional, kind , caring, good attitude, answered my questions to my satisfaction. She explained in detail my options . Her team also reflects her approach in what they do. I'm very impressed and satisfied.
I definitely recommend her and if I have need in the future she's at the top of my list.

The medical equipment was up to snuff and the eye exam was through. However: too Paperless!! Cheap IT infrastructure. Out of ink for the inkjet printer. Had to print at home the prescription for the eyeglasses from a PDF file, so I can go to an optician to have glasses made. In today's Smartphone culture, possibly it had sufficed to just show the .pdf file prescription to the optician. But a doctors office should have a laser printer can be black and white printer and plenty of toner cartridges. Also the receipts for payment were issued by .pdf file and not on paper. Also recommend for hygienic reasons to have chairs in the waiting room covered in vinyl and not cloth to be more hygienic.

My uncle is a patient and both doctors were absolutely amazing, in office practice was ran, very proficiently, facility was very clean.
The only reason for the 4 and not a 5, I made post-op call, and was placed on hold, for 7:22 seconds, w/no intermittent, plz continue to hold, or no apology once called was answered. Asked to speak w/office manager, asked in reference of need, expressed, that I had been placed on hold, still no apology, told she was w/patient upon return. Apology was given at this point. I made very direct suggestions/directions on how this should/could have been handled differently and that, not needing a return call from OM, but this would/should need to be addressed.
Again, this is only reason for me not have given a 5.
