Great experience from the initial consultation to the procedure. Everyone on the staff was very polite and helpful throughout the whole process. Dr. Miller helped guide me through the different surgery options and we determined the EVO ICL procedure would be the best fit for me. The day of the procedure went really well at the Irving location and Dr. Nasser and his team were great. The whole procedure took about 30 minutes and I was totally comfortable through the entire process. After surgery I relaxed at home and woke up the next day with crystal clear vision. Will be recommending Tylock-George to anyone who asks me about my experience.

I am so incredibly happy with my LASIK experience at the Irving center! Dr. Miller handled my pre-op and post-op exams. She is super sweet and patiently answered all my questions, which really calmed my nerves. On surgery day, check-in was really quick and Dr. Nasser finished the procedure in under 15 minutes! I loved how he talked me through every step during the procedure. He warned me exactly what I'd feel before it happened--like the brief pressure, the drops making my vision go dark for a second, and the laser smell. Because of this, there were no surprises and I wasn't scared at all. It's only day 2 and I already have perfect 20/20 vision, which they said will get even clearer in a few days! Thank you to Dr. Nasser, Dr. Miller, and the whole team. I highly recommend them!

I recently had EVO ICL surgery at Tylock George Eye Care, and it has truly been a life-changing experience. After relying on glasses for many years, I can confidently say the results have exceeded my expectations. As a long term contact lens wearer, I was concerned of the potential side effects such as long term dry eye and seeing stars at night when it came to eye correction. Dr Miller and her team explained a third option, EVO ICL. She walked me thru it, and her explanation helped calm my nerves when it came to my concerns of complications. She took plenty of time to explain how everything works and didn't hesitate to answer all of my anxious questions. Booked the surgery the same day, I really can't thank her enough! After some research on my own about what we talked about and watching how it's done, my nerves turned into excitement. The surgery with Dr Nasser went flawlessly, he was very good at explaining each step, and that helped a lot to calm my nerves (even after being committed in my decision to go forward). Some sleep and 24 hours later, I was seeing 20/15 vision at my first follow-up. Just nuts! Such a great team of professionals! They are very knowledgeable and caring to everyone's concerns big and small. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to move on from contact lenses as I was. Going forward they will be the sole caretaker of my eyes; I feel I am in good hands. 10/10, would do again!

Can we give this place a 10 stars? I am less than 24 hour IOL surgery on both eyes and my vision is at 20/20 ! I am so excited I just cant thank them enough for their hospitality and welcoming environment of every single staff member making you feel confident every step of the way to a succesful surgery and an easy recovery. Everything had been perfect from the first visit to yesterday surgery at the Irving, Tx clinic. My only regret is why it took me so long to do it! Its painless, its fast, its an easy recovery process, its perfect ! Thank You Tylock-George Eye Care team you guys are the best !!

I was veryyyyy nervous about this surgery and made an appointment to chat with Dr Nasser to really understand the whole process. He was very kind and empathetic, took time to answer every question, and made sure I felt comfortable moving forward. I left that appointment feeling so much more at ease and ended up booking the surgery. Surgery went well - Dr Nasser talked me through each step and reassured me that everything was going perfect. I had a follow up appointment the next morning with Dr Miller and she was wonderful. So sweet and energetic. She answered all my post-op questions and made sure I felt confident managing my drops and aftercare. Ive been wearing contacts since the fifth grade and woke up post-surgery with 20/15 vision. It was really cool to wake up and just be able to see lol.

It's not often I write reviews, however sharing my experience at Tylock George in McKinney demands recognition for Juliette. Juliette was absolutely wonderful from the moment I called, walked into office for my appointment and left. She was professional, incredibly kind and extremely welcoming. She ensured everything ran smoothly, explained what to expect from beginning to end and helped create a calm, comfortable environment throughout my visit. Her attention to detail and genuine care really stood out and my whole experience a positive one! Thank you Juliette for going above and beyond! First time at this eye doctor and office after my long time eye Dr. retired. Dr Rebecca Miller was absolutely amazing as was her assistant. Answered all my questions and loved both of their positive energy. My husband came here first and he was very pleased too. Definitely recommend them. What also impressed me is the great attitude and caring from entering and meeting reception staff to leaving and saying goodbye. Super experience.
