The staff here are great staff. I have been in this eye doctor almost my whole life and I love it here the staff try there best in keeping appointments on check and I bet if people knew what they do they would also feel bad because it's hard work trying to jeep everyone's appointments on check. Not to mention that from experience it's kinda hard and we are all human we all messed up just try to be understanding where ever you go thank you for your hard work staff and doctor we appreciate you all

I called on a Tuesday at 1 to make sure on my daughters appointment because they had told me her appointment was on Tuesday at 1:40. So I called and they tell me her apointment is actually tomorrow wensday at 1:40 I even repeat it to make sure. So I get here by 1:20 on wensday and they tell me that her appointment was yesterday! Now we're here waiting longer as a walk in. The Dr is awsome but the staff, is terrible.
