The Eye Care Center

The doctor was rude when I was asking questions. I was called back and they wanted my weight. Then they wanted my blo9d pressure and height. I'm like what's this about? I have never gone to eye doctor and had to do this. The nurse said insurance required it. Shealso said if I had privately paid it would be so much easier. A lady in the back the doctor right away said no I'm not seeing her. I told her I wasn't talking to her. She said either you do it or I don't see you. I said you mean I wasted my time coming here? She snapped and said I'm not seeing you. You can leave! Rude and cruel. I will n3ver go again to any facility associated with them.

I've been coming to this place for many years even my kids. It might be a wait at times but what the heck, no matter where you go you need to wait. Don't expect to walk in and walk out it's a process. We all have different needs and everyone is important old or young. And Dr. Martinez is awesome.

Made an apt for 8:30in the morning and when the reminder came in a day before through text it said a different time (2:20pm) . The Dr. had apts to be at and they changed my apt without notifying me. Made arrangements for someone to take my child in , arrived 10min late and they wouldn't take him that because the Dr. had afternoon appointments to be at as well . So she was out of the office in the morning & afternoon . Lack of professionalism from her staff to assume that they can change the appointment time and people can just make it in. Dr. Is hardly in the office ,might as well close down the facility if it's so hard to obtain an apt.

The first visit took long but I figured since all the paper work and putting her in their systems. But after that was horrible. I would schedule the earliest appointment and 2 hrs later I see the doctor barely walking in. Then this last appointment I never made it because 1 they didn't call to tell me they rescheduled. 2 when I went to the appointment I rescheduled they told me she is not there on Fridays! Which I asked why wasn't I told that when I rescheduled. They kept saying if I would have came the first time like I was suppose to I would be in that situation . I can understand mistakes can be made but not taking responsibility for their faults just got me so upset. Please choose someone else.

whoever gave bad reviews because of the staff must've been in a bad mood before entering, either that or new staff is there. Im not even from here and I went In today for a checkup and an exam. The staff were all very nice including the doctor. they made me feel very welcome and were very courteous.

Lady in the back was fast talking mummbling rude no interaction with my kid and definately hates her job...RUDE!!! Doctor is late ..ALWAYS. And my first time at this place waited 4 hours....yes 4..wasnt even but 1 person,in front of me..how crazy is that.. Any suggestions on anywhere else to go, because im,new to this town and dont really know this area...????

Had a appointment at 8am and doctor doesn't even show up till almost 9am!! (Had many friends say the same thing ) I don't like the fact that I show up to a useless appointment .. this isn't the first time either . Definitely changing places

The wait time is usually long but you're guaranteed to have a really great and thorough eye exam.
