I have Been in the optical business for over 30 years I've been retired for at least two I knew of Dr. Barrera always heard nice things about her. Just had my appointment today. All I can say is she is wonderful. Extremely thorough explained everything to me loved the attention and the exam. I went to her optical again talked to the optician told her what I wanted she explained everything in detail helped me select the right pair of glasses for myself. Such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend her to Everyone. Mickey

Optometrist does not rush what I think is vital to these type of services. Very professional service when I was attended. The only downside I had was that the glasses I brought where a little to wide on my face which I didn't really notice until after they gave them to me with the new lenses. I wish the lady consulting me on the glasses would have caught that or inquired on it.

I have been going to this doctor for years and it seems like their services went from 5 star to 0 star. I had a 2pm appt., got a call the day before with a change in appt to 1pm. Took time off of work and took my son out of school to be there 20 minutes before. 2 hours later I had not been seen and there were still 3 people ahead of me. What's the purpose of the appointment? The front staff said, "wait time depends on the doctor". If your on a time crunch, go somewhere else!

I recently visited this establishment as a walk-in, hoping for a quick consultation. Upon arrival, I was informed that walk-ins would be seen in between scheduled appointments, which I understood. However, after waiting for about an hour while observing other appointments being attended to, I decided to inquire about my wait time. When I approached the front desk, the staff member informed me that she couldn't provide any updates, reiterating that walk-ins are prioritized after appointments. I appreciated her honesty, but I also expressed my desire for a rough estimate on when I might be seen. She mentioned that the last appointment was at 1:45 PM, but when I asked if that meant I would be seen after, she couldn't provide any clarity. I requested that she communicate my situation to the doctor, as I was the only walk-in waiting, but she stated that even the doctor didn't know when I would be available. This lack of communication and uncertainty made my experience frustrating. If she had simply told me that I would be seen after the last appointment, it would have made the wait more bearable. Instead, I left feeling undervalued and frustrated by the "I don't know" responses. I hope they can improve their communication with walk-in patients in the future. I had to leave.

Amazing staff, always helpful and friendly. I've been coming here for a long time, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Considering Dr. Barrera is the only doctor the waiting is understandable, her work is amazing, she is very approachable, and explains everything well. Honestly it's worth the wait if you have the patience. Never had a problem with anything the staff is always explaining questions we, patients/parents, have, and will help out when choosing frames.

I have been going here for a few years now. The office is always clean and nice. The staff is always helpful and nice as well. The doctors have been super friendly and informative on the visits when I go myself or when I take my kids. I always refer people to this place and they love it too.

Been coming here for years. They always accept walk-ins. Even if the wait is longer, it's very convenient for people with busy schedules. The doctor is very nice and professional.

I am so satisfied and very Happy how the Doctor did her job and treat my daughter at her visit.Thats why I gave her a 5 star if they where 100 I will click on them all very happy and Also the receptionist ladys they where awsome and fast ,dont have to wait That long time like other places. 100% Recommended
