I had a poor experience with the receptionist during my dad's appointment. I was the one who scheduled the visit, but at no point was I informed that the appointment would be automatically canceled after a 10-minute grace period. We arrived shortly after that, only to be told the appointment was canceled. As an optometrist myself, I understand the importance of scheduling and punctuality. However, in my practice, we accommodate patients who arrive within 15 minutes of their scheduled time whenever possible, especially for medical appointments involving elderly patients. I believe clearer communication and a more understanding approach would go a long way in improving patient experience.

Sara is excellent! She's personable and patient. She explained multiple options to me in order find the most affordable for me at the time. I saved so much money and walked out very satisfied with my decision to come here!

Came in today to simply adjust my son's glasses and Lola the receptionist was not welcoming at all. Had a 'I don't even want to be here face' and definitely had a 'I don't want to help anyone' attitude. After rudely helping us she didn't say bye or anything. If you don't want to be at work then call off and stay your attitude self home.

TOP QUALITY CUSTOMER CARE! I hadn't originally planned to visit this establishment for my eye care two days ago, but I'm more than glad that I did. Jason (Store Manager) did an excellent job explaining the best eyewear options that aligned perfectly with my prescription. Sarita (Procurement/Billing Clerk) clearly outlined the package plan options while providing genuine and attentive customer service. Thank you both -- I'm looking forward to receiving my new glasses! Came in as a walk-in and got seen right away. The Dr is great! Very patient and kind. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable of their products. The place is clean and they have a large variety of frames to choose from! Very happy with my visit.

Just went in today to get contacts. The process of ordering the contacts was fine but the issue was I asked if I can get trails until the ones I ordered come in. I was told no because there is not a doctor there to approve that. I have never had that issue. I have always been able to get trials untill my actual contacts come in I was told by the associate that she has checked my prescription and they don't have it. When the actual associate that was helping me was writing down the prescription for that coworker to check. Meaning that she lied to say she checked for the prescription when she did not. I understand that today was the doctors off day, but they should have a doctor on call to be able to reach out to for simple things like this. I am completely unsatisfied with the service I received, but I can not wear glasses while and work. It was the fact she lied to say she checked my prescription when the other associate was actively writing it down for her to check and it was the fact that she did not offer any alternative to help. I have been using this company for my contact for the past 7 years and there is always an issue. From it taking 3 months to get my contact order not being able to get trials to This will be my last year using America's Best Eye Glass and Contacts.

I stop by to get my glasses repaired that I purchased from this location. Their was only one employee in the front part of the store waiting on a customer. When I walked in I was not acknowledged or told I would get to you in a min. I waited patiently for about 8 min, and I just walked out without anyone saying nothing to me. Not good customer service at this location.

Rafael was amazing during my visit! Helpful, understanding and caring! He was one of many that I saw today during my visit! Everyone was great!! The reason I keep conung back and will continue to do so!!
