I Googled eye doctor's in my area and came across myeyeDr. Now I write reviews so I definitely read others reviews too. I called to make an appointment and talked to David. Well let me tell you about David. I have NEVER talked to ANYONE in customer service that was so pleasant to talk to. After making the appointment I had to call back and reschedule well Bridget took my call and she too has AWESOME customer service. The day I walked in for my appointment she greeted me by name. Now I'm a new patient but she knew who I was. The next person with GREAT customer service Danica and I'm sorry because I know I spelled her name wrong Donica got me sit up for my visit with the Dr. Deepak Kotecha. Dr.Kotecha is very soft spoken and give great detail on your exam and he's also very funny. I have experience the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE in my life. I told them I don't know what is in the water they are drinking but I want in. If the world could pike into their water fountain this world world will be a better place. We need more kindness, respect, and humor like I got at myeyeDr. Thank you guys soooo much for the love and BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.....PS David WILL find you a discount somewhere on his computer...lol...
