Very polite and knowledgeable. Clean space. I came in for glasses and contact exam/prescription only. Was told I'd have to wait for contact fitting in order to receive contact prescription. I've worn contacts for years and this was a first. I understand wanting to make a sure a fit is right for a certain brand, but I do not agree with holding a prescription. Exam and brand are 2 different entities. Wait time with appointment was over 30 minutes. 2nd visit I did not have an appointment and only wanted to pick up prescription in which I still have to wait (20+ minutes) for the doctor, which I understand due to not scheduling an appointment, however, I find it unreasonable to wait on a prescription if the exam is accurate.

I have been living the most terrible experience here. About July of 2021 I scheduled an eye exam for contact lescens (I paid $70 over my insurance copay ) for 2 pairs of contact lessens as a test in order to receive my prescription and then be able to order my definitive pair. Well the fist pair arrived as they said 2or 3 weeks later, but the second ones didn't. After a LONG wait and a Lots of calls (by the way, their schedule is so imposible, it works only to make online appoints NOT FOR ANOTHER WAY TO GET SERVICE OR A KIND OF ASSISTANCE) I decide to go and ask for them (fortunately that day I found the office open). When I asked for my prescription they didn't give it to me because I hadn't finaliced the test (because they hadn't gave to me the second pair of lescens yet). After that they told me they received just one side (for one eye) of the second contact lescens and they explain that this supplier takes around 3 months to send the product. ( IMPOSIBLE THAT A PRODUCT LAST SO LONG IN A SHIPMENT NOWADAYS) so they tell me to wait another 3 month and they are going to call me back as soon as they recived them (NEVER HAPPENED) well, after a time I tryied to call them. When I finally reach them, the lady at the phone toll me the system have been down and they didn't know when they will be able to check up for my prescription, and she is going to call me back so wait for them again. One week later I tryid AGAIN and apparently their system still down, also they promised me to call me because they has patients and could't help me in that moment. I am writing this on the last days of April of 2022 and I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY PRESCRIPTION !! I LOST MY 2021 INSURANCE COPAY WITH THEM, OVER $70 AND ALMOS 10 MONTHS OF MY TIME. Honestly I don'y know If I should keep thinking they will give it to me or if it will be still valid the day they decide call me back. Horrible!

Wonderful find at Target in Missouri City years ago. My entire family sees Dr. Cherian. Pun intended. Very professional, knowledgeable, personable and conscientious of all our needs. From glasses to contacts.

I've been going to Dr. Cherian for years. Love her as an eye doctor. Amazing bedside (chairside??? Whatever... Lol) manner.

She's very knowledgeable and polite. It was a great visit .
