Community healthcare doctors are vital. I hadn't seen Dr To for a few years but she was easily accessible and very welcoming. She identified a contributing cause to my headaches, provided a doctor referral to a specialist and went above and beyond by responding to numerous post-procedural requests. Her timeliness allowed adjustments to my eyewear with minimal/no cost. (The root cause was an expired prescription.) Our eyes play a vital element to our everyday lives. Annual exams are a must! Dr To has the facilities needed to thoroughly examine your vision. And it's all done very efficiently.

I've found my new eye doctor! It was very easy to make an appointment online. The receptionist answered the phone on the second ring and was very kind and professional. When I arrived as a new patient, I was out the door in under 40 min even with a patient ahead of me. Impressive. Dr. To was thorough with my exam, contact lens fitting, she even offered a re-fitting after talking with me about my preferences. In no way, did I feel rushed. In fact, I'm pleased with the time Dr. To took to make sure I was happy before I left her office. It's clear her team's workflow is carefully orchestrated. I'm so happy that this annual "chore" was so effortless and efficient. Props to everyone at the office, you all are an exemplary team!

I had the best experience with Dr. To. She is the 8th optometrist I have seen this year, and the only one to figure out my vision and the corrections I need.. She listened to my needs, was very thorough with my exam and was able to help me with my complicated prescription. She was in no rush to get me out the door. She spent quite a bit of time with me, tried out different lenses, made sure to check them, and will see me back to see how I am doing with my new prescription. She's kind and empathetic and a true professional and really knowledgeable. Her staff is super friendly and helpful. Please see Dr To, you'll be glad you did!

My experience has been great! Dr. To is very good at understanding prescriptions and helping you to see your best. Her adjustment to my prescription is the best it has been in years!!! I struggle with both distance and reading and she adjusted my contact prescriptions so that can see both far away and read up close without reader glasses. I am a new patient and happy I have found her. The office staff is also very kind, patient and helpful.

When you find a good doctor... you fly 2 1/2 hours to see her! Yep... I live in Phoenix and won't see anyone now but Dr. To. Just an amazing doctor and the service and time spent with patients each visit is really amazing and not very common anymore. Highly recommend her and her office. 5 STARS! ' Thank you to her and her staff for their professionalism, knowledge and friendliness. I'm also a doctor... I know I've found a great one in her. Very thorough. Very intelligent and knowledgeable. Spent over an hour with me making sure it was DONE RIGHT! Can't thank her enough. But mostly... just an all around great experience.
