I am providing this company with a "no star" review. I had my exam for my glasses February 2, 2018. Today is March 13, 2018 and I still do not have any glasses and I ordered two pair. I have yet to receive an update from anyone in the office. I have called several times and keep getting the response they are on their way. The straw was yesterday, March 12th when I called the office at 445pm and was left on hold for more than 15mins and when I decided to hang up and call back the office was closed. I will NEVER go back!!! I am also going to contact my insurance company as well to cancel the claim so that I can follow up with another company.

I just found out she gave me the wrong power, horrible. Charged like 100-150$ out of pocket what a waste. Went to an optometrist in a third world country and got the right power, it's crazy how in America itself we can't trust our health providers and the humble ones in developing countries find mistakes like this
