They rush your entire appointment and do not measure your eyes correctly for contacts! I was left with a painful eye irritation from having lenses that do not fit my eyes! They charge you $30 to watch you struggle while claiming to teach you how to put them in, they were stingy with the contact solution so when I accidentally dropped it on the floor the dude with the eyebrows at the front desk just gave me a small splash which wasn't enough because I grew to have an infection in that eye on top of irritation! They are unapologetic and will not work to help you. The front desk is not friendly and acts very nonchalant as if whatever you're dealing with is your problem. They also try to fight you over giving you your prescription! I'll never come back!

Updating my review to 4 stars because the doctor has acknowledged the issue and rectified it. I will continue to update as the engagement continues. Old review: Avoid this location. There are long wait times due to bad scheduling. Last time we went it was a two hour wait despite an appointment. The doctor is also very unprofessional. He did not write the PD on the prescription which we found out after we got to the optical store and then he refused to send us a competed prescription via fax because he was very busy. There are multiple alternatives in the area including the eye center at the nearby Target and multiple doctors in Sienna Plantation.

The male optometrist is not kind. He does not answer questions and is not friendly at all. He seems to hate his job working with people.
