Dr. John is very details and helpful. We saw all of our family members including my sons. She is really amazing, we recommended highly. She is great assets in our city community. The staff is also very nice.

I went to the doctor on a August 16, 2025. They're were super helpful during my appointment. I got glasses and contacts. I would always have to called for an update over my glasses and contacts. I got my glasses after a month but I had to reach out for any communication. Then I continued to reach out for any update over my contacts and yet they're still not there. I called last week for update on my contacts and guess what? They're still not there. It's been over two months and I'm still the only one reaching out to them. I asked a refund and the lady said she couldn't do it since the doctor is out and will be back Monday. Her excuse was they're understaffed and I do get that but after two months and I'm still waiting is unacceptable. I called today and ask if the doctor is in and the lady said yes and then said no once I told her I want my refund. She told me to called tomorrow. Like I would like a refund for my contacts. If you're okay with no communication about your items then this is the place for you. If I could give you zero stars I would because I been very understanding but after two months and I'm reaching out to yall is just bs. Here is proof that I went I paid in cash and card. Also screenshots of me calling them since September.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I dropped my frames off because I need new lenses. I paid 325$ at the time of drop off. 4 weeks went by without a word from them! I called up there and was told by the doctor that my glasses would be ready the following Monday. (It was Saturday). The following Monday I went up there and my glasses were not only not ready, but they had never been sent off! Then she tried to convince me I used a different card than the one I did when I requested a refund! I had to literally pull up my CHASE account on my phone and show the 325.00$ transaction as proof that the recipient she had given me at the time of the transaction was WRONG! She is a fraud! Stay away! The receptionist (a black woman) is really sweet and professional but her boss is the worst!

Great experience called in around 2pm on a Monday had an appointment set for 3:30 the same day. Was in and out with contacts the same day and glasses on sale. Love Dr. Mimi John been coming here a few years, Missouri city hidden gem

Great customer service and frame selection. I highly recommend this office. Update: Unfortunately I didn't get what I paid for and had to come pick up my glasses and contacts in two different occasions (even though I asked to be called when everything is ready). I have called them and left messages about the mistake however it appears I have to go into the store to get the problem fixed. This location isn't necessarily open during the hours posted and I would recommend you call before going up there. Good luck to you all but I won't be returning back to this location. I paid for transitions and anti-reflective for both pairs of glasses smh.

Highly unorganized office. I called days in advance to confirm my appointment, which was in fact confirmed. On the day of, and after an hour of waiting, I was told they could not confirm my insurance, which was supposed to be confirmed days before. Do not waste your time at this clinic, and please find one with a more organized team.

My experience was terrible just went in to select frames no exam. Woman at desk was very rude and not helpful at all. Called the next day to voice my diss satisfaction and was told they would cancel my order by the office manager named (Shandriguel) because I said I would make a formal complaint

Very unprofessional! She always has new employees, she's never on time to her own office. My insurance sent me claims of contact orders and I've never even worn contacts! Definitely never going back
