Dr. Cook was very thorough and explained all the changes going on with my eyes as we age, she was wonderful. However, the receptionist could have been friendly. She never once smiled and she seemed short and want to be done with you quickly. Almost.....like she was being bothered by you, NOT a good job position of someone that has to deal with the public. It soured my visit.
