The price for the exam was a lot less than I was expecting, as I paid out of pocket. Dr. Vicki Vo was very kind and knowledgeable, she took care of me. The staff were also excellent, Edith in particular was SO helpful and patient with me! She sat with me and walked me through the process of putting on contacts for the first time. She never grew inpatient and she had a wonderful attitude!

I had scheduled an appointment for my 4 year old daughter just to be told they only see children 5 years and up. Mind you I had scheduled appointment with enough time for them to just to tell me the day of the appointment that they cannot see her. Would have been nice to get a courtesy call to let me know that they couldn't see her instead I wasted a day off from work for nothing. I was truly disappointed with their customer service.

Poor customer service. I booked an appointment for 9:30am online. When I arrived for my appointment at 9:15 the doors were locked. When someone opened the doors at 9:30 I was told the doctor doesn't arrive until 10:30. If the Dr doesn't arrive until 10:30 why would you have appointments available at a time the Dr is not even available? Obviously other people's time isn't important to them and of course if you (the patron) are not on time then there's a problem. People think they can do anything and there are no repercussions for their actions. The whole situation is unsatisfactory. And the doctor actually saw a walk-in before she saw me. I was supposed to be seen first but someone who walked in with me and didn't even have an appointment was seen before me. I scheduled my appointment at 9:30 for a reason. Clients should be seen in a timely manner. This is utterly ridiculous!

Dr. Vo and her staff were wonderful!! I had an appt and was in and out in about 30 minutes. She was very thorough and understanding. I would recommend to anyone!!

I've been coming to Dr. Vo for a few years. She's friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and helpful. Today we met Gladys (not sure if I spelled it correctly), but super friendly and helpful!

always atleast an hour behind, I've had to reschedule twice because I was waiting in the office for 45 minutes. horrible service and scheduling.

Love the fast in and out service! Even though I don't get my eye exam like I should I've been a loyal customer of theirs for quite some time! :)

Outstanding service. Dr. Vo and her staff treat you like family. I highly recommend them.
