I had such a great experience with my son. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and welcoming. The entire process was smooth and stress-free.
A special thank you to Joseph -- he went above and beyond to make sure my son felt comfortable and understood everything that was happening. His patience, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out. It's not every day you find someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent service.
Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for eye care and an outstanding customer experience!
The start wasn't great, when I got there the girl at the front desk was rude. Her greeting: how can I help you? Not very welcoming. She was also talking to the guy that does the glasses and just made it seem like I was interrupting. Then, When it was time to go in she told me I had to do a retina test, and made it seem it was as mandatory. I told her I didn't not want that and ended up just getting the dilation. She was just not friendly. After that, everything went smoothly maybe because I did not have to deal with her again.
The tech inside was nice and Dr Balthazar was very nice as well. I liked how knowledgeable the doctor was and the fact that I did not feel rushed. thankfully, my vision hadn't changed much. I would visit again. But that front desk receptionist may deter me if I have a repeat experience.
I am writing to formally complain about the unprofessional and unacceptable treatment I received at your office.My appointment was scheduled for 2:00 PM, and I arrived early at 1:20 PM. When I checked in, the receptionist told me that I needed to wait. I agreed and clearly stated that I was willing to wait. However, when I asked if I could wait in the office, I was told no and was instructed to leave and return at exactly 2:00 PM.
Being asked to leave the office despite arriving early for my appointment was disrespectful, unnecessary, and completely inappropriate for Myeye Dr office should not be treted in this manner, especially when they are making an effort to be punctual and cooperative.
This interaction reflects poorly on your office's professionalism and customer care standards. I expect this issue to be taken seriously and addressed.

I paid WAY less than I expected. Joseph ran various options and SAVED me over $700.
Thanks so much for taking the time to explain and make sure I got just what I need to see clearly and protect my eyes for the beautiful things in life.
I was there in regards to helping my grandchildren. The way the manager said I was "always showing up at the wrong time" was so unwelcoming and honestly rude. In front of my grand baby who was there to witness that behavior from such a grown woman is absurd. I went another time around and it was the same exact experience with same employees, stating "how I should have followed up with them." I understated that I'm interested in their service but you have to consider that I am the customer, who has never given them any reason for them to treat me this way. I made it very clear my granddaughter wanted the glasses, I provided her the insurance card and they put aside her glasses. If that doesn't show the interest in their services then I'm not sure what does. I definitely will not be returning, for her nor myself.
A very disappointed day with these people I had a schedule at 10:30 appointment this morning and it was after 11 and nobody opened the door. There was another car some people waiting for I guess an appointment as well very unprofessional service not even a courtesy call to let me know that what happened. No wonder why the majority of the reviews talk very negative way about you guys very very, very very disappointed, thank God in my eyes didn't fall in your services.!!!!!!!
I've been a long-time patient of this location since it operated as TSO. Unfortunately, since transitioning to My Eye Doctor, I've noticed a significant decline in both service and professionalism. During my recent visit, I witnessed a concerning interaction where a customer asked to speak with a manager, and the employee responded, 'Hi, yes, I'm Helen, the manager,' in a noticeably sarcastic and elevated tone.
That kind of behavior is completely unprofessional. Based on these experiences, I can't confidently recommend this location.
The staff is exceptional! The Eye Doctor was very very nice and very professional! I would recommend this place to everyone! Great Place!
