They told me they can't provide me with my prescription that I got from the dr office that shut down next door and they refused to give me my prescription numbers because it's "against their policy." I called a different visionworks and within 5 minutes was provided the full information.
This location clearly either doesn't understand the law or deliberately withholds patient records. I spent days trying to get basic information that another Visionworks gave me in minutes. Absolutely don't waste your time here. They'll probably get shut down soon the way they conduct business

we came in we were only customers, then about 10 minutes more chstomers came in n we were kinda rushed thru the buying process. Being in our 80s we doubt our next pair will come from Visionworks. We felt like us medicare customers were not worthy of too much attention. the younger customers that came in seemed moree valuable
