Berkeley Eye Center is absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, the staff is welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. Everything runs smoothly and efficiently. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything clearly, which really puts you at ease. The facility is clean, modern, and well-organized. You can tell they truly care about their patients and their vision. I couldn't be happier with my experience and highly recommend Berkeley Eye Center to anyone looking for top-notch eye care! Eye glass selection is very impressive.

I had high hopes for my visit to Berkeley Eye Center Pearland, given the positive feedback I had heard about the doctors and the facility. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I scheduled an appointment for a contact lens and glasses exam, as I was dealing with headaches and pain in my right eye and knew my prescription was about to expire. The check-in process was efficient, and the technicians were thorough during the preliminary eye exam. However, things took a turn when I was offered dilation without sufficient explanation regarding the potential eight-hour recovery time for my vision. By the time I saw the doctor, my eyes were fully dilated, and my vision was blurry. It felt inappropriate to assess my contact lens prescription at that moment. I had to leave the office without samples since they weren't available, and I ended up waiting 7 to 8 hours for my vision to return, which I wasn't prepared for. A week later, I was informed that my lenses were ready. I sent my daughter to pick them up, but she had to wait 40 minutes in the lobby for a prescription that was supposedly ready. This wait was frustrating. When I finally tried the new prescription, I was unhappy with the clarity. It turned out that the optometrist had placed me in a mono-focus prescription, which I had specifically requested to avoid due to previous issues. After noticing the discomfort, I called to schedule a follow-up appointment, explaining that I was short on time. Instead, I was told I had to come in again, which took over an hour and a half. During this visit, the doctor prescribed another set of lenses, but I still struggled to see clearly. When I voiced my concerns, she argued that I wasn't giving it enough time. Having worn contact lenses for over 30 years, I knew this prescription wasn't right for me. Frustrated, I ultimately decided to leave rather than continue a discussion where I felt my concerns were not being acknowledged. Overall, my experience at Berkeley Eye Center was not what I expected, and I left feeling unheard and dissatisfied. I hope they can improve their communication and patient care in the future.

Berkeley Eye Center exemplifies excellence in customer care. Alyssa H., Aldo, Dr. Chan, and Ms. Victoria were phenomenal with the care and kindness they displayed to me during my visit. They explained every step and procedure and offered examples that helped me understand exactly what was occurring with my vision. The positive reviews I read, prior to selecting Berkeley, proved to be true. If you are looking for a provider for your vision care, I highly recommend visiting this establishment. Berkeley, please continue to hold yourself to the highest standards that you gave me during my visit. Job well done! I am very happy with my visit.

I have been going to Berkeley Eye Center in Pearland for many years. They are always so friendly, kind and thorough. Very clear on their communications and extremely organized. You cant go wrong and I will continue to utilize them in the future as well as recommend them. I have had a wonderful experience with them over the years :)

Berkeley Eye enter in Pearland is easily the number one ophthalmology clinic. Jennifer did an amazing, comfortable and smooth job in gathering all my information, Dr. Kokel was very helpful in helping understand my situation and prescribing a great treatment plan. The front desk was very attentive and quick to get me checked in as well... Overall great visit and will be a lifetime returning customer.

BEC is still my 2nd home filled with the best drs. And staff there is. My last experience with Dr. Rudas retina team was amazing. Didn't recognize majority of the staff, but I can tell they are all BEC quality employees!!

Had a great experience at Berkley in Pearland. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. Each question and concern I had they were able to resolve them. I am a horrible picker for glasses and Posh was super helpful and delightful. Overall five star service!
