Dr. Phan gives excellent care. She is thoughtful, intentional in making you feel comfortable. Yesterday was the first time visiting her office and I felt comfortable and felt that I was in good care. Dr. Phan asked about my concerns and if I had any questions. During the eye examine; she took her time and didn't rush through. Dr. Phan is very knowledgeable and knows her skills. I was quite happy with the experience. The experience was wonderful and it didn't take a long time to complete my eye examination. Yes, I was very satisfied.

Front desk employee was meh. She didn't seem like she wanted to be there and when I mentioned I was unable to finish the paperwork online because I kept receiving an error message she told me that we have two sheets of it and that's good enough....ummmm ok. We left our old eye doctor for the same reason on how they treated their patients so I was hoping to have a better experience. The doctor was great, nice and sweet. I just don't feel she was thorough enough. This was for my 8 year old daughter and i having vision issues myself have been to my fair share of eye appointments and this one just seemed off to me. I think we waited longer than we spent with the doctor. Needless to say we will not be returning.

I went in for an eye exam a month ago, and still do not have my correct prescription. my first eye exam was incorrect. It was not strong enough the second exam I was for sure she had got it right to only find out she re ordered the same prescription again from the first eye exam! So again waiting for the contacts to come in to see if it is correct this time.i have had contacts for over 15 years and have never have gone threw this frustrating obstacle to wait a month for my correct prescription.
