Dr Beardsley's Super Optical

I'm genuinely confused by the many bad reviews. My experience was absolutely great all the staff was so professional and kind, the doctor was very attentive and answered all my questions. When I picked out my glasses they did not rush me, got my glasses less than a week later and they are absolutely perfect. Overall great experience they did take a little long during my appointment but is completely understandable there were a lot of people there.

Went here after receiving a letter from the school nurse stating my child may need glasses. Went on a Friday around 2pm and we were out in 30-40 mins which to me was very fast compared to other places. I'm confused at seeing the reviews, which I didn't see until after going here because my experience was definitely good and didn't have any problems whatsoever. I might end up coming soon again for myself.

Very professional and quick! I called to see if they accept walk in's but they accept appointments which they made for me within the hour. Got there at 2, was seen before I could finish writing out my signature of the confidentiality, did my test with Dr.Cedillo, picked out my glasses and was done by 2:30pm. Will be coming back again when im due for another exam!

The doctor had such an attitude when I went back a 2nd time to correct the prescription on the contacts they sold me. I explained it was still blurry, he then says "we feel the need to want to see even more clear". Uh yeah, that's the whole point of glasses & contacts?!?!?! To see clear. I couldn't even read road signs / billboards when driving but he wouldn't listen to what I was saying. He was very rude and brushed me off. Save your money and save your time. Don't bother coming here.

In all the years coming here Dr. Cerda has never had a smile on his face. Perhaps it's because he has such a bad staff. They DID NOT DELIVER A PERSONAL & CONFIDENTIAL letter, nor a phone message, to his colleague Dr. Cedillo because it complained about Adrien. Adrien is worst glasses fitter ever. Went back 5 tiimes & even though I paid over $300 OUT OF POCKET I can't wear the glasses. Bifocal part is too high, also. They should not read confidential letters either but I saw her do it as she was copying it.

Absolutely Loved the customer service, the knowledge and patience of the doctor! Ay first, I'm not going to lie, I was weary of coming into this office due to the bad reviews they had. However this was one of the optical places that had immediate availability and took my insurance. And I'm soooo glad I went ahead and gave them a chance. As soon as I walked into the office I was immediately acknowledged, greeted and attended in a respectful, nice, quick manner! All my worries of being treated bad came to a halt.The office, and all respective customer areas were super clean, including the restroom .All I can say is that, im my case, this was an awsome experience. Don't go by the google reviews, just come and prove to yourself what an awsome team can help you here! (Also the frames are very pretty, and great variety!)

please save your insurance, money, and time from this horrible place!!!! Dr. Cerda? Worst of the worst. Just can't get past that he's an old bitter man, that lacks empathy. Makes you feel like you're stupid, but don't let him get to you. Employees are nicer and they're actually the ones that have to deal with patients more!! Needs to be replaced and fired. Deserves a zero.

Where do I start, first of all my son has adhd with that said this doctor has ZERO patients with kids! The employees were a lot more nicer than that man. Another thing is the waiting! Came in at 2:35, it's 4:05 and we are still here. It's always busy and I get it, summer time busier time. To all this last time I'm even bothering coming here not worth it
