No sense or urgency for their patients, they had me waiting for 3 hours just for some glasses. Horrible attitude from the workers there too, worker got annoyed and rolled her eyes when I asked when I'd be next. And their service is not good at all, need to practice on professionalism/ communication with costumers.

Treated so bad no respect for their patients i went on July for some glasses for my husband and since then they were suppose to order a large glasses they never call me i call them and they have the excuse about my insurance change so they are not giving us the glasses but yes they charge the insurance so i call today talk to christina and so rude and she hang up o me so i call back and i told them i need to talk to dr and they told me monday to go i hope dr can talk to me she is so nice but her staff is bad .

If i could do 0 stars i would. I walked in trying to purchase some new frames a 2 women where at the front one named monica the other i didnt see the tag we didnt get greeted or asked if we needed help horrible service dr barrera is amazing but her staff definitely needs improvement i got my prescription and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Dr. Barrera is the best! She's very friendly and always makes you feel like you're talking to family. My family tried many different eye doctors before we found Dr. Barrera. I've been her patient since I was a pre-teen, and I'm now taking my own children to her. She is the best optometrist I've ever been to! I would not go anywhere else.

My daughter had an eye emergency and Dr. Barrera was so kind and patient with her. What impressed the most, was the fact that she was very professional while also being nurturing. That gave my daughter and I peace of mind and you can't put a price on that. Her actions showed that she is a very experienced Dr. that takes a lot of pride in her craft and cares about the quality of work she delivers. Her staff was also very welcoming and helpful. I will continue going there.
