The doctor is the sweetest always has been with children and everyone. The receptionist is the complete opposite, the way she speaks to everyone who comes in the door is something I've never seen in a local business before. She is rude to adults AND KIDS. Not a family friendly business. She spoke to my child in an extremely rude manner. (My child did not say a single word in there other than what he was asked) Lynea who also works there THE SWEETEST LADY EVER very welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. The lady in charge of the frames Jessica ? , RUDE. If you do not buy your glasses there she will make it known you are wasting her time and will tell you, " you buy cheap, you get cheap" but doesn't realize that the $350 pair of glasses you buy from their breaks after 3 months of having them, meanwhile I have 3 pairs of glasses from an online site that last me longer than their product. Very hard to keep your business local when employees treat you like a waste of time. Just make the 20 minute drive to Gilmer or Mt Pleasant don't waste your time.

I'm doing this because it was just shocking how i was treated by the lady in the front desk. (Dark women) i came in to bring my brother and she just talked very rudely and with such tone & cut me off 2 times. In my opinion for a first time it was just SAD. I have no bad experience with the DR her self she's very sweet, but the lady in the front desk is definitely not IT!!
