A clinic you can truly trust. A few days ago, I had cataract surgery, and I must admit that Dr. Dain does a professional job. The staff at this clinic also have a very professional approach. I'm not naturally patient, but the entire procedure before and after my eye surgery went really smoothly and very quickly, with no problems. The clinic itself and the reception area are very modern and very clean. It's only been a few days since the surgery, and I haven't had any complications. I feel great, and my vision is returning to normal. I recommend this clinic to anyone with vision problems.

Best Eye Doctor Experience: Dr. Brooks is incredibly talented and knowledgeable. His staff is very professional, helpful and pleasant. Jessica and Rose take great care of every detail. The facility is clean, bright and comfortable. Everyone I encountered was genuinely happy to be doing their jobs.

The entire staff is efficient, detail-oriented, and friendly without being presumptuous. Dr. Smith strikes an excellent balance between attentive bedside manner and efficient use of time. He is highly professional. Many service companies and businesses could learn from the way this clinic operates. Despite high patient throughput, everything is handled efficiently, with exceptional friendliness and sensitivity. From check-in through payment, the process is smooth and well managed.

Dr Brooks was very nice and all the staff are helpful. The facility is comfortable and efficient. Dr Brooks said I was a good candidate for LAL (Light Adjustable Lenses) since I was already used to mono vision with my contact lenses. He explained that the advantage of this costly approach is that after the insertion, the each lens can be adjusted by UV light so that I could have perfect vision. I was sold! I should have asked more questions about the process. I was not told about the need to wear special glasses (both for indoors and outdoors) to avoid UV light, the hundreds of eye drops, the nightly eye ointment treatments, the warm eye mask treatments, the many long appointments to change the prescription in each eye, etc. My cataract surgery was in March but my vision wasn't "locked in" until November. After this torturous process, my vision is worse than it was before my cataract surgery. I now need glasses to drive. From the surgery I developed dry eye and scar tissue on my macula and was told my vision would never be perfect. I am so disappointed with spending so much time and money ... 12K and not obtaining a great outcome. If LAL lenses are suggested for you, I recommend that you ask a lot of questions and know what you're getting into!!

I'm very disappointed with my experience at this surgery center. My procedure was scheduled for a specific time, but I ended up waiting far longer than expected with little to no communication about the delay. I understand that medical procedures can run behind, but keeping patients informed and respecting their time is important. The lack of updates made the experience more stressful than it needed to be. I hope they improve their scheduling and communication in the future."

I have been going to Brooks for over a year and absolutely love this practice! Everyone of the staff is efficient and well trained. I had two procedures done there. Cataract surgery and also got the Light Adjustable Lenses installed. Vision is the best it has ever been!

His expertise and gentle approach made all the difference. My mother felt completely comfortable throughout the procedure and experienced no discomfort at all. He treated her with exceptional care, patience, and respect from start to finish. We couldn't have asked for a better surgeon. Also, Dr Patel was great during our follow up appointments. Very professional and caring with us. We also want to extend a special thank-you to Zohar, who patiently went over all the costs, insurance details, and the different surgical options available. She explained everything before and after the procedure clearly and with great patience. Her sweet, caring attitude and professionalism made a big difference for my mom during this process. The facility itself is spotless, modern, and very well organized. Overall, the entire team was phenomenal. We highly, 100% recommend Brooks Eye Center for anyone needing cataract surgery or eye care. Truly a five-star experience!
