Dr. Angeline Nguyen is outstanding -- knowledgeable, patient, and proactive in creating a clear plan to support my changing eyesight. She takes the time to explain everything and truly listens. A special thank you as well to E and the optical team for their incredible service. They offer a fantastic selection of frames and go above and beyond to help you find the perfect pair. The level of care and customer service here is unmatched. Five stars all the way -- I'm grateful to have such an amazing team taking care of my vision!

My first time here and it was absolutely amazing! This is the first time I actually feel I had a thorough eye exam! Everyone was friendly and very informative at all times. Both the technician and the doctor kept me informed on the test performed and explained what they were for. Also, they have a great selection of frames to choose from, and have someone that help you shop and select the right frame for you. Definitely recommended! I had a bit of an urgent issue in one eye and at 3pm wasn't able to get into anywhere that time of day. Luckily, I found Plano Eye Associates, and they fit me in. The entire experience was efficient, competent, professional, and just overall very good. I'll be switching my regular eye care over to them.

After having the same eye doctor for 20 years, we moved to the area and selected Plano Eye Associates based on reviews. And the reviews were right! My husband and I had appointments at the same time. Check-in was easy, we were seen promptly (and right on schedule!). Everyone was extremely nice and professional. Jessie was efficient and funny! She made Al the "machines" fun. Both of us received great, individual and professional attention from Dr. Lang (me) and Dr. Hung (my husband). We left knowing we had found the right optometrists, who also recommended the right lenses and features for glasses for us. It was a pleasure to work with Madison on our glasses and my contacts. She went out of her way to ensure we got every $ out of our insurance and she found us extra discounts! We had a great, ovetall experience, from the pleasant surroundings to the service. Highly recommend!!

Great eye docs! My entire family has been coming for many years. The optical shop is the best, great customer service and the quality of their glasses,'frames and lenses are bar none best quality aesthetics and technology. Love this place for all eye needs!
