Your staff was the most kindest polite loving understanding ladies I ever came across! They made my visit very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable . The fact that they focus on how your doing first then business really made my day! The appointment went very smooth. They explained everything step by step. The Dr. was very nice and he also explained everything to me about my results. Next door I had a good experience picking out my glasses. She didn't rush and we went through a lot before I chose the ones I wanted. She also was so nice and helped me with getting my glasses that same day. Sometimes in life we pass paths with good people and this group have a part of my heart! I will be back and I referred my sister. Christina was an awesome lady who had an infectious personality. She was a great person and the eye exam went great. Kennedy was also a very sweet girl. She did the other portion of the eye examination with the virtual eye doctor which was different for me but was actually fun nonetheless. Definitely recommend them than all the other places that's difficult to get in there to get an eye exam.

I went to eyeglass world today and was kindly greeted by a young man named Ammiel . He was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient with me and made the whole entire experience fast and easy. I just want to tell him thank you and that I will be coming to this store for now on.

Ammiel was amazing. He helped pull fames he felt would fit me and was quick with getting me set up for same day pickup. I can't say enough about how easy this experience was.

I had a very happy experience here! When I walked in, I was greeted and helped immediately. Brett assisted me. He was very knowledgeable about pricing and styles, which helped me narrow down my frame choices. I was in there for a while, and he was patient throughout the whole process. This was my first visit to Eyeglass World as my insurance has changed again. However; I am actually a pleased customer. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. Emmiel was a pleasure to have as an eyeglass specialist. His patience and attentiveness helped me to pick a great pair of frames that I really love. I absolutely recommend the Port Arthur location.

I was a little wary about the virtual eye exam, but it was so good! I talked to a real doctor and they were very thorough. The two ladies in the doctor's office were so sweet and helpful. I did end up needing glasses, so I got two pairs next-door for a really good price. Morgan helped me pick them out and was so knowledgeable. My glasses were ready that same day and the manager, Alex gave them to me and made sure they fit perfectly. I'm super happy with everything! I'll definitely be back and tell my friends.

They do great service there and also helped me with everything I needed. There was a lady there name Peyton that helped me out. I got my glasses and contacts quick.
