I went to Eyemart on a Saturday as a walk in with a script for my glasses from a different place. They took great care of me and was able to see me as soon as I came in the service people working at the location were really friendly and very helpful. They told me my glasses would be ready in about a hour and I got a message about 20 -25 minutes from leaving that they were ready for pickup. The glasses are amazing and the price was a quarter of what i was spending at other places. They have a new customer from me for sure now hands down check them out

The sales lady whom work with us was an absolute pleasure to be around and pleasant to work with an gave us 100% of her time even though the store was closing she wanted and expressed how much she wanted my kids to have their glasses. I felt seen, having someone put themselves in my position for a moment with the same commitment I give my kids an want the best for them, she did as well for the glasses needs. The sales lady, and I hope I have her name right, Adria, even when we came back the next day she was so helpful and helped my kids understand how to assure the safety of their glasses, taking them off and on and proper cleaning. I was going to have glasses I bought from them repaired, and I was going to buy a 2nd pair. The technician refused to service their own glasses. It felt like I was being railroaded into having to purchase 2 new frames, despite the fact that my pair only needed new lenses. They won't stand by their products, and the sales girl couldn't care less whether I was helped or not. I went elsewhere and had my glasses repaired with no issues. I won't be back and will recommend against this place from now on.
