This location takes insurance that others do not, which is obviously a plus if you just love TSO. The optometrist is very pleasant and chipper though not sure why her lab coat was wrinkled. A rude staff and an overall dirty establishment could be improved upon. The TV dinner table holding the phone in the exam room (I don't have an explanation for this) is shown in my pictures and looks sticky but I did not touch it. Dust in the waiting room and dust everywhere, not much professionalism anywhere. The only thing I heard from the staff was that I was not supposed to go anywhere near the glasses. I think the process is to sit and have an assistant get glasses for you to try on. Though this seems like it would draw out the process by hours, if you wear glasses you know. However, it isn't a long wait to be seen or there would be more pictures.
