Great service....new eye doctor is very kind and always answers my questions. There is a new test called Optomap that can detect any serious eye problems early on. My oldest son took the test and we found out that one of his eyes had never developed correctly. The nurses are great!!!! Very patient with kids. It's our go to place. The office itself is outdated but that's not really important.

They have recently switched owners. Customer service is a disgrace now. It's an act of congress to get the person who handles ordering your prescriptions to call you back , she is a real smart mouth who lies and does not care if you get what you need or not. I don't recommend this TSO and I will not be going back.

03/05/2021. My son had an appointment at 10:20. We've been patients here for the 2 years now. Usually we are seen promptly with not much wait time. Today we didn't get seen till 11:00. Again our appointment was at 10:20. We're always 15 to 20 min early. Never late. I don't appreciate being made to wait this long. Meanwhile everyone is just talking about asparagus. Only after are they done with their conversation does the girl get up and call my son's name. I'm sorry. If I'm 30 min late my appointment gets rescheduled. But it's okay to make us wait for that amount of time?. My time is just as valuable. They need to do better.

Didn't care for their receptionist who verifies insurance. You would think she would have done this before our arrival but it was not done. I guess if she had called to verify insurance before our visit that would have been too efficient. Other than that Dr. Williamson staff were courteous.

Very friendly staff upon walking into the office, Dr. Williamson is very thorough and explained everything for my 13 year old son to understand. He took the time to give us different options and explain our insurance benefits to get my son fitted in both glasses and contacts, Dr. Williamson is very knowledgeable, patient and nice. Our optician Mr. Kevin was also very helpful as always, picking out glasses was quick and easy. Their expertise and passion for their work that will keep you coming back for more.

The worst customer service experience ever by Vanessa. I am a long time customer of T S O over 20 years and I've never been disrespected and treated so Unprofessionally trying to change my prescription on my contacts. I reported the incident to the office manager Pam which had no concern either. There were no apologies and no concerns of losing a long time paying customer, good riddance! I will never step foot back into a T S O. Zero stars
