I called ahead to inform them about my insurance and everything seemed fine. I took time off work to attend the appointment. However, when I arrived, I found the clinic completely full. Since there were no more chairs, I had to stand while waiting. To my disappointment, they informed me that they didn't accept my insurance after I had already made the effort to come and take time off from work. Thanks a lot

The atmosphere was very family oriented. Staff was very professional and customer focused..I had previously took my daughter in law Jenni to see Dr Danny Tran..He was amazing treated her wonderful and was very informative. Then I got an appointment for myself the following week.Dr Tran listens to the patients, he is very educated but also knows how to speak to a patient plainly so you can understand..Not too many Doctors that actually care and love people. Dr Tran was an blessing.

Today I witness a very unpleasant moment with my mother while I was at the doctors waiting for her to be call, the little Asian girl created a very hostile environment to the patient's there and her coworkers she treated her coworkers like trash. I brought it up to her, but she told mine my own business. I told her I would bring it up to the doctors, but she mentioned that they can't do nothing to her because she's related to them so I grab my mother and we took our business elsewhere. I will not do business where people create hostile environments to their patients or their coworkers. But I did love the way one of her coworkers carrier herself with respect kept telling her to please leave her alone that they were patients there. We as a patients felt very embarrassed by the behavior of that short little individual. She should be ashamed of herself. And into the tall girl, my respects towards her I would hire her in a heartbeat.

Very unsatisfied with this office. Went in 2 months back for a regular eye exam, the Dr who gave me my eye exam asked me if I wanted contacts. I proceeded to tell her no because I'm sure Medicaid doesn't cover both glasses exam and contact exams. I was told by the doctor, and staff that they ran my insurance and that it was 100% covered. So we proceeded with both exams, because from what I was told. They would both be covered under Medicaid. That I would only need to pay $10 for "new wear". Call the office today to get the prescription for my contacts. I was told that I hadd $60 balance, I was confused as in why. They informed me that my insurance didn't cover the exam for the contacts. I proceeded to kindly tell the1st girl I talked to that, I was told by multiple staff members that it would be covered. She told me that she doesn't know and that the balance needs to be paid. I kindly asked if I can speak to a practice manager or anyone higher up. She then proceeded to give the phone to another personnel of staff who is not a manager. I explained to her once again that it should not be on me to pay the balance as I had asked multiple times if it was gonna be covered. She the proceeded to tell me that they we're just going off of past claims of other patients. Basically admitting that they never knew. Even though they told me that my insurance covered it. She then proceeded to make me feel less than trying to refund me the $10 that I never even brought up. Made me feel like I'm just a poor person who doesn't have any money. The issue was never about the $10. The staff needs to to do a better job with insurances and they seem to show little knowledge of it. She began getting loud with me and having an attitude. So I asked again if I can speak to someone higher up. She then proceeded to tell me that they do not have a manager for the office and that she can transfer to someone who had more experience as they have been an employee for many years. Again Not a manager.

I had a disappointing visit at Vision Insight, where all the admins struggled with my insurance and asked me to handle it, which I resolved quickly. Frustrated, I'm now referring my family to a different clinic. This experience highlights the need for competent administrative staff. Overall, it was a negative experience. UPDATE: They said my insurance did not pop up. I called my insurance company, who stated that the admins were incorrect. It's he say/she say- however, feel free to read other reviews with the same issue as me.

I went there to get my eyeglasses prescription , They were extremely kind. They were also very knowledgeable about my prescription. They also helped me pick out my frames. The price of everything was Awesome Thanks Eyemart

Just now called to schedule an appointment for me and my 2 children. The person who answered didn't exactly give the impression she welcomed my business. In the middle of giving information and insurance I just went ahead and told the lady I'll find somewhere else. Her tone of voice and mannerism just made me feel like I was being a huge inconvenience to her.

The dr was amazing...The staff not so good. I called weeks before my appointment.. i have VSP insurance. Gave them the info and not once did they tell me they were out of network with my insurance. With that being said I had to pay more out of pocket. They need better staff. Will not be returning.
