I ordered some contacts from them and they were supposed to get here 5 days after I ordered them. A week went by and I still haven't gotten a notice that they've arrived so I decided to call and ask, and they told me that they'd take another week to get here so I called a week later. Then they told me they didnt know if they've gotten there yet and that they'd call me back 2 days later to let me know. I didn't get a call so I called again to see the status. That's when they told me that they have REORDERED them after I've waited 3 weeks for them to get here now I have to wait another week. I'm getting frustrated.
