Firstly, great music. This year and last year's music were so fun. Secondly, great service (again for both years that we've been patients). Doc really took the time and care with us today to make sure our contacts were a good fit in time for our wedding. Really appreciate the team here. Thank you!

Dr. Nguyen is amazing! I've been to several eye exams in the past and none compared to him. First time patient - he was extremely informative and explained everything so clearly. You can tell he loves what he does. The office staff was very nice as well. If you're looking, go here! I'm recommending him and his office to everyone!

Entire staff is super sweet & office is always clean. Optometrists are very knowledgeable & thorough. I broke my glasses (they were super old) and I was past due for my annual exam. They got me right in and sent me home with samples of contacts to get me by until my glasses come in. The hardest part of the entire visit is picking out a pair of glasses from the great selection of glasses they have. Highly recommend!

My experience with Rosa, the manager at Dreamworks Vision, has been really disappointing. She is usually sitting in her chair and doesn't come over to help even when she knows my situation and that I need assistance. It often feels like she isn't interested in supporting customers or employees who need help. Whenever she speaks to me, she comes across with an attitude and is often rude, which makes the interaction uncomfortable and frustrating. Good management should involve being supportive, approachable, and willing to step in when help is needed, but that hasn't been my experience here. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in customer service and management because a better attitude and more willingness to assist would make a big difference.

I have only positive feedback about this optometrist and the staff. Dr. Nguyen provided outstanding care. This visit stands out as the best eye exam I have had in years. He explained my options in clear terms and presented solutions I had never been offered before. I now see both close up and far away with the same lenses, which has improved my daily work and comfort. The entire visit felt professional, efficient, and patient focused.

My daughter deserves the credit for this excellent choice of Vision Care. We'd relocated from Tennessee a year ago. Officially Texans now looking for Eye Care close to home. If you're anywhere close to Little Elm? Make this your first choice!!! No regrets! Every team member will welcome you, explain everything in detail about your care from the moment you arrive. Everyone listens to you. You're not a number. No long wait. Very clean. I won't need another facility for Vision Care. They have other services available for Orthodontist and Dental. I can't find comment on those services for now.

Dreamworks on North Tarrant Pkwy has a very nice, relaxing atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The staff and doctors are friendly, caring, and make sure everything is explained clearly. Dr. Nguyen even went out of his way to explain conditions that just came up in conversation! We thoroughly enjoyed our experience here!
