I appreciated the professionalism and directness while checking in and filling out my paperwork. Dr. Pham takes the time to explain details to you in a way that is easy to understand. She asks questions to help you decide which options are best for you. While not trying to convince you to get upgrades that aren't truly necessary. Melissa helped me to choose frames that fit me well, while making sure they also looked good. And most importantly, everyone treated my son well. I had to take him with me and they engaged in conversation with him, and offered him a snack because he was hungry. It was the best experience I've ever had, I highly recommend!

Highly, highly recommend! I've been to four different optometrists and ophthalmologists for my dry eyes and red eyes, and no one has been as thorough with the explanations, descriptions, and comparisons as Dr. Pham was today.
Understanding what's happening in my body and in my eyes helps me better appreciate the procedures and eye drops and lubricants and vitamins and home maintenance care that I'm supposed to do.
Also seeing photos of my eyes motivates me to stay more consistent with my care. :)
Melissa at the front desk was amazing and very knowledgeable when it came to glasses and shapes for different faces. She had me try on several different styles and was so patient as we tried to figure out what worked best for my face.

Dr. Pham and the two ladies that work in the front were amazing! I've been looking for a new eye doctor since we moved north of 380 and I will definitely be going to Dr. Pham from here on out. They were very helpful in explaining why they recommend one thing over another or why certain frames look better with a higher prescription. It was so helpful and I picked a very cute set of frames!
