Had nothing but great experiences before the last couple days. Dr. Konvalin was GREAT with helping me with my Keratoconus contact lens fitting the last couple years. I woke up yesterday and when I went to put in my contact the very center had a hole in it. I called to explain what happened and I was sent to a contact lens tech named Amy. She was very rude and said the lens was damaged due to me using the wrong solution. I've had Keratoconus since I was 18 (22 years) and I've always double checked with each doctor I've had every single year on which solution to use for each specific contact lens. There are so many and I know some are very specific with which solution to use. The doctor said I was fine using Clear Care and Bio True. After explaining that to Amy she was still rude and said she would call me back after getting more information on my lenses. That was 1/29/26. Today, 1/30/26, she called me and explained I'm past my 1 year warranty with the lenses (I'm definitely not as one year appointment is not until March) so I would have to pay full price to order the lens. I let her know I would be finding someone else for next appointment and she said "ok bye" and hung up. Terrible customer service. Apparently my old doctor has retired and I'm not sure if another doctor there has experience fitting Keratoconus contacts. I would steer clear of this office. I know there's a prompt that says all calls are recorded. Management needs to pull these calls to verify.

Can't praise enough their services and support for their patients. Dr Wang is not just handsome he is very caring as well lol. Alvaro is so customer friendly and addresses all the customer needs. Thanks guys.

Friendly staff Amazing Service. I highly recommend going here to get your glasses. Dr. Ismail was very personable, he explained everything to me and answered all my questions. After my exam, A optician named Aisha greeted me, she went over the different color stickers and what they meant price wise. She helped me figure which glasses looked great on me that fit my needs. Proving 10/10. Staff 10/10 Doctors 10/10. Will be back for my checkup !

This provider charged my daughter for services and add-ons that are not covered under her insurance and did not inform her that these services were optional or would result in additional out-of-pocket expenses. The optometrist asked if she frequently uses her phone. When she said yes, they recommended blue light lenses, which are not covered by her insurance. They also performed additional tests that are not covered. They took advantage of my daughter because she was at the appointment alone. We emailed and called multiple times but did not get a response until the glasses were already being made, and then we were told "it's too late". When we went to pick up her glasses, they just had the lenses, no frames. The optometrist took the frames off the wall and added her lenses to them. They didn't give her a case or anything. I have disputed the extra charges with my HSA. I do NOT recommend this provider.

I normally don't leave reviews, but this whole experience was a mess from start to finish. When I first went in, no one explained any of the extra charges they added onto my glasses. I was never told these upgrades were optional or even that they cost extra. I only found out about the huge up charge afterward. I reached out to Patient Relations, and they told me they forwarded my email to the Prosper office and that I should hear back within 24-48 hours. I didn't hear anything. I emailed Patient Relations again... and they went completely silent too. No follow-up, no acknowledgment, nothing. So we had to call the Prosper office ourselves. Only then did someone suddenly offer an $85 "discount" because they said my glasses were already being made and "couldn't be stopped." Except that wasn't true at all. When I went to pick them up, the glasses weren't made. They didn't even have my frames. They literally only had the lenses. The employee had to grab a pair of frames off the display wall and put my lenses into them right then and there. I didn't get a case or any of the normal things that come with new glasses. Nothing. So not only were the charges never explained, but the excuse they gave about the glasses being "in production" turned out to be false. Between the lack of transparency, the zero communication, and the unprofessional pickup experience, this location seriously needs to do better. I would not recommend going here unless you're okay with surprise charges and being ignored when you try to fix them.

This staff is truly amazing! Yesterday they were extremely busy and I watched an encounter with an extremely difficult person and the manager handled it so well regardless of how she was treated. I was very impressed. (I heard the lady tell her she was going to leave a bad Google review which is why I wanted to leave a good one for them) They were absolutely amazing with my daughter. I've been coming here for years and have never had any issues. I highly recommend this place!

Dr. Wang, provided great detail and care throughout my visit. Alvaro, was very helpful helping me find the best frame. He was very thorough in explaining my benefits and explaining the different lens options. I would totally recommend My Eye Dr.

Friendly and thorough exam by Dr. Wang. He spoke directly to my child and made her feel comfortable. Alvero was very helpful finding glasses options.
